Review on smart energy
All information on the purchase and installation of the battery were clearly explained. Great communication in the lead up to the installation. Everyone in the company we’re friendly and happy to answer all questions. This included the installers who had had a very long and busy day and was still willing to sit and explain things to me. A surprising follow-up from William who initiated contact originally I can’t recommend this company enough.

I’m not real abreast of electronics and the team from smart energy helped a lot I’m still not 100% clear on the AI component In the meter box but that’s not a smart energy issue that is the way we are headed weather you want to or not so I’m just happy to lessen my electricity bill thanks

The experience was good. Great helpful team. Had an issue at first installation attempt but quickly solved by the team and installing was seamless. The issue was with the existing equipment and not related to the installation process. The team worked quickly to help me resolve it and the rest of the process went like clockwork. A good installation and buying experience.

Great process from the first contact on
Great process from the first contact to the install and ongoing support. Employees and contractors are all kind, diligent, and knowledgeable.
Everything was made easy for the customer and we weren't upselled to something we didnt need. This is our second time using SmartSolar and we would not use anyone else.
Also the new app to track our solar is amazing!

Fantastic experience from initial contact, appointment with the consultant where everything was explained to ensure understanding. Then installation, the technicians arrived at slotted time, installed the unit quickly explaining everything as they went. Then ensured the app was installed and everything was running correctly. The professionalism from this company is exceptional.
