Iv not received my order as yet and I placed the order a week ago, I was told by email that I would get my order on the 28th but didn't receive it, and I'm still waiting for my order if I'd of know this I wouldn't of order my car seat from these I'd of gone somewhere else 🙃 sorry but that's what I feel 🙃

Joie car seat
I have ordered a Joie car seat which is quite rare and has a long waiting time from order to receive. I have made my order on Friday and get my item on Wednesday. Item was in original package with no damage or any issue. So far I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Quick excellent service - no issues.
Excellent service no issues, would highly recommend smartkids website. We needed a car seat that matched the buggy we have recently purchased, everywhere had either sold out or it was a case of pre ordering it but the date we was given was after baby was due. Came across smart kids who had the product in stock! We ordered and was abit worried it would not come in time but arrived today, we only ordered it Sunday. So happy with my overall experience. Thank you.
