Time scale was up to 14 days, it is 3 weeks already and still did not received the item or at least the update about my order. Do not recommend. Will never buy anything here again.

Waited 2weeks for delivery which I wasn't happy about as desperately needed the pushchair and would've shopped elsewhere if I knew it'd take so long! However customer service was brilliant when I rang to ask about the delay.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review and we are sorry that you are not happy with the service. We can see that the delivery timescale on your order takes this until tomorrow which is the 10 working days. We can also see however that the item was dispatched on the day that you ordered it as per the tracking provided. We can also see that it has been out for delivery on 3 occassions and the latest status is as follows
Your parcel is being held securely at our depot and we have advised the addressee that it needs to be collected
It looks as though you may have eneterd your address incorrectly when placing the order but please can we advise you to contact parcelforce asap as otherwise they may return this to us.

Thank you for posting your review, you won't have received your item as yet as the delivery timescale is 7-14 working days as per the information on your receipt. So far it has been 8 working days, the courier will therefore contact you over the next week to arrange the delivery

Highly recommend this lovely company
Highly recommend this lovely company. I decided to order the joie double (after a bottle of wine) and didn't realise it was pre order only for end of September, I noticed the next day when checking emails etc. I needed it ASAP in time for holiday 🙈🤦♀️ so I messaged their customer services and explained what I had done, the lovely lady who emailed me back checked and said they had a few left from a previous shipment & had the warehouse sort and send me one the next day. Thanks again for fixing my stupid mistake and for doing it so quickly!!

Bought a double stroller
Bought a double stroller. They have the best prices on the market and delivery was pretty quick.
I had a slight issue with payment but the customer service was very helpful and immediately resolved it. I would definitely recommend this website and buy from here again.

As per the information on your order this was a pre-order and the stock was not available when you made the purchase. As with any pre-ordered item we can never 100% guarantee the arrival date due to a number of issues. These have now arrived but we can see that you have elected to cancel the order.

The product was great and very happy with it but I suggest you don't use Hermese to deliver as no tracking system and no notification when it was arriving and left at doorstep for potential theft.

Ordered my child’s cot from the smart…
Ordered my child’s cot from the smart kid store took them four days to send me an email to state they can’t deliver it to my address, when ordering it asked me for my postcode and it was accepted for postage, now I have to wait god knows how long for a refund,
Then had the cheek to ask me to sort out my own delivery for them to send it shocking

Thank you for taking the time to post your review and we are sorry that you weren't happy with the cancellation. As per the delivery details on our website, unfortunately we are unable to ship heavy items such as Nursery Furniture to Northern Ireland and we do ask customers ot contact us before placing orders. Due to the ferry journey the couriers do charge a lot to ship furniture to your location. We did as we would do normally and asked if you had any onward freight forwarders that you wanted to use as some customers take this option. We can see that the item was refunded within our 2 working days policy.

Still haven’t received my high chair despite paying postage for quicker delivery. Email saying it would arrive today but having checked with dpd looks like Monday. Very disappointed with the service
