Better than I could ever expect
I was slightly skeptical, as the reviews were mixed but I decided to take a chance and hope for the best! I was blown away with what I received! My personalised puzzle was a way that I used to ask my best friend to be my bridesmaid so it had to be perfect, and that it was! It came with its own gift box and the photo that was printed onto the jigsaw was of high quality. I will definitely use smartphoto again in the future.

Absolutely stunning poster quality with vibrant colors and sharp detail. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. There was an issue with the first delivery, but Smartphoto quickly resolved it and ensured the replacement arrived on time. Excellent product and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Don’t buy printed socks
I ordered printed socks for an occasion, they were slow to arrive.
There was a black mark on one sock most likely from the text I had chosen to have printed on them. The quality was inferior and not worth the money.

Photo Diary Small fulfilled all expectations
The diary arrived in time and with good quality.
The monthly pictures came out nice. If it was possible to have the weekly pictures slightly bigger that would make it even better :)
(The price of the item is bit on the high side, but that was known at the time of the order.).

Great product, lousy packaging…
The quality of the product was excellent. The package and posting was terrible.
The packaging was flimsy with no weather protection at all. Not even a plastic bag.
The package got wet and 3 of the 10 calenders water damaged.
