Arrived quickly but colour was noticeable faded in some parts of the puzzle. The printed picture in the box did not have these faded parts so not sure what happened when the pizzle was being made. Also one of the puzzle pieces was broken appn arrival.

I only received a part of my order
I only received a part of my order. I ordered 2 small print, 1 A4 and 1 60x 90 cm, however nearly 3 weeks later I haven't received the poster. I enquired about tracking ID to query with the courier but it could not be got.

Good, but….
Easy to create diary and quick delivery. Plastic cover is good and page marker insert is good.
But …
- Paper feels lightweight, not great quality.
- wish I could have included more photos (used to have a photo per week with Photobox)
- a few notes pages would be great
- the elastic closure is a bit crap! Should be attached to the plastic cover.

Smaller than expected
Album/book is beautiful and easy to make on the ap, only downside is, it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. But I will definitely use this again

The postage took a long time
The postage took a long time. If I’d known the postage would take almost 2 weeks I would have ordered from elsewhere. The quality of the product is below average. Sharp edges and slightly blurry. Didn’t hear anything from the company about postage and had to contact them when it didn’t arrive by the delivery date even though postage was expensive.

Good product
It arrived bit late ( 2 weeks) but probably due to Xmas / New Year holidays . Resolution of original photo was good and the recipient of this gift was delighted with it .
