No updating of information
No updating of information. No advance notice of delivery by your Courier company...only notified the next day that they had attempted delivery and failed. I emailed them but only got automatic response.
Very poor...still do not have our packages. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!

Beautiful snow globe

Tried loads of places telephoned a company twice to try get my son a personalised cereal 🥣 bowl weeks of no response then less than 10 mins Font & photo chosen so easy to upload and informed all the to my front door would highly recommend.

Still waiting for items I ordered on 2 Dec to arrive. Contacted customer service who say it can’t be traced because of the postal option I choose. Needed the items for an event tomorrow so it’s disappointing.

Bag was lovely, "vases" not so much
I ordered 2 glass vases and a bag. The bag was good quality and the personalisation well done. However the vases are more like very small drinking glasses and the personalisation was poor. On one of them the writing cant even be seen. I sent a message re same but got no response.
