called up and spoke to Amy in customer service...asked if she could help me place an order...she was so smug and bitchy...I never placed my order. She needs to be replaced. Its obvious she hates her job.

I would have given 5 stars but the fact the first rep. I worked with, by the name of David, was not much help at all. When I asked about using a certain text color, or envelope he just told me no we cant do that and no you cannot customize certain things that the catalog said we could. So fine, I just ordered it as basic as it comes due to the fact he said we could not use what we wanted. Then I called back to ask a question about our order and a different rep. (Lori ) helped me and was able to answer all of my questions and told me she would just cancel the order he put in a put in exactly what he wanted and seemed unsure why David told me we could not customize the holiday cards we were ordering. She got everything I wanted perfect and was a lot of help in correcting what David had done. Once we received the product it came out just like we wanted.

Every time I order with smart practice…
Every time I order with smart practice it is a good experience. The people who answer the phone are very friendly and helpful. I once had an order and the cards did not have any printed script inside which I requested and I was sent out a completely new order at no charge which I really appreciated. Great customer service
The operator was a bit rude
The operator was a bit rude, hard to understand and sharp with me when I asked for her to repeat what she had said. Also, I don’t know what is available from your company so I ask questions. I would suggest she get some customer service training.

The monthly calls to verify the phone number seems redundant and the number being verified is never disclosed so not sure if using the number on the postcard linked to the call tracker or our actual office number.
