Great customer service

Great customer service. Our office had a little issue with delivery of our appointment reminder cards but when ever I called to try and resolve the problem they had always been very helpful and willing to look into the problem. It turned out to be an issue at UPS but we did eventually get our order. Since it did take a while to get our order they ended up overnighting it at no additional charge to us.

I would love to give a shout out about your more than amazing rep Adam Clayton. If we are rating on a 5 star scale he gets 100+ stars from me. Why? He is so professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, more than willing to help in any way and just really goes above and beyond in every way he can. He came into our office sat down w/ me and took so much time to help reduce our prices and find great products we would still love. He was so patient with me as we went over my huge list of products. He was a breath of fresh air. So happy and upbeat. He brought such a positive vibe into our office when he walked in. I never thought I would meet such a happy, outgoing rep w/ such a great personality who delivers such great costumer service! :) Adam is a rep who loves his job so much that it simply shows the minute he walks into your office and you meet him. I could so go on and on and on!!! Point is if Smart practice is one of you companies you order through and you haven't met Adam Clayton yet, I fully recommend you get in touch w/ him. It will be sooo be worth your time and you will definitely not regret it!!! You will only wonder why you didn't do it sooner!!! Thank you Adam for making our life so much better, that much easier for us to order and for reducing our costs by way more than just a few dollars. YOU ROCK!!!

Paul Fratella is the Best!

Our office was hesitant to switch over at first from one of the other well known dental supply companies. We wanted to know what would set SmartPractice above the rest. Beyond cheaper prices, the ease of online ordering, and a great selection of items, what really caused us to be blown away was the exceptional and personal service provided to us by our rep, Paul Fratella. He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and an all around great person. He truly made the difference for us and is the reason that I recommend SmartPractice to all my friends and colleagues in the field. Paul Fratella really makes the difference and will go out of his way to ensure that our experience with SmartPractice is always outstanding!

Adam is the Best!!!

Hello,
At this time I would like to compliment Adam Clayton, for his outstanding service to our Dental office. Adam has repeatedly gone above and beyond normal service levels to make sure that our office was well taken care of and has even personally delivered items that were needed immediately by our office. He has always listened very intently and has shown great competence in his daily interactions with us. This level of service shows the level of dedication that we have come to expect from Smart Practice. We here at Affiliated Children's Dental Specialist would like to thank Adam for all the hard work he does and hope that his company realizes what an outstanding employee they have working for them.

Best.Switch.Ever.

Our office decided to switch suppliers after trying numerous other companies and being disappointed. Our rep, Paul, has been superb in every way since we started. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help us! Whether its returning, locating, or ordering an item, he is quick with a response, always responding back right away. He is excellent in his attention to detail with our orders and is always letting us know about current specials and promotions. No matter what question I have, he always has an answer or solution to help us! Not to mention Smartpractice has the best prices on supplies and will match competitors pricing. By far, one of the best business decisions made for our practice!

Excellent customer service

This company definitely aims to please, and Paul Fratella is truly an amazing rep. He definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and he truly cares about your practice. I have had many reps in my years of dentistry, and by far Paul has been one of the best I have had and he has exceeded my expectations. Great switch

We switched from one of the big three about a year ago after realizing what a hit we were taking in prices. And really, we have not looked back. Paul Fratella guided us to great products and sends endless samples to help us get what we want. If we don't like a product it's easy to return. They really try hard to make the process as easy as having the Rep stop by your office. The hardest part is getting away from that sticky dental Rep from your old supplier. They don't like you saving money.

Paul is the best

I have ordered dental supplies from numerous companies. Smart Practice has the best prices, orders arrive fast, and my sales rep. Paul Fratella
is the best. My order is always correct, with no bothersome returns. I even
persuaded another endodontist in our practice to start ordering from Paul at
Smart Practice.

Friendly and Dependable

I just took over ordering for my practice and ordering with Smart Practice is not only easy...it enjoyable! The prices can't be beat and the customer service is stellar! Jan is our rep and she is always ready to assist with a smile! (yes. I can see that through the phone!)

Delivery of Dental Materials

I ordered a box of Snap temporary crown powder, which I needed for work on Monday - since we are closed on Friday, the instructions were to leave the Snap at my office manager's house, who lives a mile from my office. The materials were never delivered, even though UPS stated that they were left at the front door. I had to scramble;e around to find alternatives for making my temporaries until I could place an order with another company, who delivered the Snap that afternoon. We never did find out where the Snap was delivered to.

Exceptional service, attention to detail and value.

Tami Hall does an exceptional job serving our practice. Her extraordinary customer service and focus on our practice needs is unparalleled. I am very lucky that I found her, she has truly added to our practices success and profitability. I would recommend her without exception to any practice that was looking for a supply representative.

I love Stephanie our rep. She is so easy to work with and understanding. She is the best and that is why we continue with your company. Also we have practice mojo which we love as well; just wish it had the paperless capabilities.
