Tammy Burkholder has been our dental supplies rep for quite sometime. We trust her with all of our dental needs. If SP doesn't have a product that we are looking for, she is always helpful to find one comparable. Tammy's customer service goes above and beyond and we are so blessed to partner with her!!!!

Awesome customer service. Best prices. If I find a lower price- they match it! If they don't carry it- they look into bringing it into their stock. If they can't carry it- they suggest where to get best price! Never have problems with shipping, although occasionally some items on back-order. Best vender we use.

I've never had any problems and I love the convenience of the online ordering. If I have any questions, I can call and if our representative isn't available, there is always another customer service agent willing to help me. The items are always shipped on time. We recently switched to Smart Practice from another company because of the great prices. I really like how it tells me online if an item is on sale or if there is a special which is really nice. We have been really happy with our services and products.

I have worked with Stephanie for many years and she always go over and beyond doing what is needed to get me the product that we are looking for or finding out where I can get that product if they don't carry it. She will even investigate some products for me to recommend which would suit our needs best.

We have been using SmartPractice over the past three years and plan to continue to use them as a dental supplier. Their customer service is EXCELLENT - they are quick to answer any questions, handle returns efficiently, and communicate well when issues may arise. I order mostly through their website which is easy to navigate and provides guidance on what I've ordered before, and their pricing is better than the major suppliers. I have had no issues with product as everything is new and as stated on the product descriptions.

Quality of Customer Service has Gone Down
I'm saddened and disappointed to see the level of service has slowly been going down over the past year. I've had a few issues. Using credits that have been received can't be done with online paying. Instead of doing it online, I have to call in to pay, when I want to use a credit sitting on my account. Products tend to expire faster than from other supply companies. If it's a product I know I will not use frequently, I have to request it come directly from the product maker. I ordered enough Cavitron tips to receive a few free ones back at the beginning of April and am still waiting on receiving the free ones. I sent 2 emails inquiring about this, thinking it was resolved, but I'm still waiting on receiving them. What was once stellar service has slowly gone down hill and I'm now contemplating on using a company like Patterson or Henry Schein. Online ordering is so easy, compared to the other supply companies, and that's why I've always stuck with Smart Practice, but sadly it might be time to move on.

I have been using Smart Practice for about 5 years now. They are a fabulous company. I have ordered clinical products, patient communications and patient giveaways. Unlike the previous reviewer I have never had an issue. The customer service team is very pleasant and always willing to help with any questions.

You know, I have worked with SmartPractice for 3 years now and they just seem to get it. They make my job so easy in the office! I have worked with their representatives for all our marketing and patient communication products...they really do listen. I have recommended their products and services to other office managers and they are also very pleased.
We have had custom work done and they have delivered. Very beautiful work. Our patients have complemented the great quality of the card and calendar magnets. We send out Holiday cards and SmartPractice-- do all the work, if you choose to go that route. Two years ago we had to address, stamp and seal the cards. It took our office over two weeks to do 2,000 cards. Last year tried their delivery system and it saved MONEY and office time.
They have specials on holiday cards, calendars, magnets, and etc...
We always choose the DELUXE cards.
