I phoned to get advice regarding…
I phoned to get advice regarding painting a previously untreated concrete driveway approx 2.5m by 20m
(The drive was previously covered with about four layers of very badly applied tarmac, which is now completely removed)
I spoke to Ricky on Tuesday August 18th, and Leanne today (19th August)
Leanne and Ricky were both excellent communicators and friendly, knowledgeable and adept sales people.
As a Business Development Manager ( in a previous job)for many years, working for a major large scale shotblasting and painting contractor, I would be proud to have Leanne and Ricky as part of my team. As customer facing people , they are excellent representatives of your company. Hopefully I will find the right product, at the right price in the near future and order it from SmartSeal.

I spoke to Ricky, he provided invaluable product technical advice I don’t believe I would found be online search. Although we missed each others calls a couple of times, he maintained contact, that makes a bit difference.

Fab product and great customer service
I had asked a question about the Grout Cleaner and the following day I got a phone call from Ricky. He was very attentive to what I was asking and provided me with a solution that I was not expecting but grateful to receive. Would definitely recommend their products, I have used the sealer, cleaner and mould & mildew cleaner to bring my shower back to life. Thank you

The whole team was such a helpful bunch. Ordered a block paving sealant and what a difference it made to the curb appeal. I contacted Smartseal inquiring about some of their Block Magic products for my patio and driveway way, Ricky Kirwan was the guy on the other end of the phone, he couldn’t have been more helpful, I asked him a few questions about the product I wanted to purchase including if it was pet friendly, he went into great detail explaining how and when was best to use the product and anything else I asked was absolutely no hassle, I found him very knowledgeable and helpful indeed, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Does what it is meant to do
Was a bit awkward to fill my sprayer from first couple of fills from 25L container as very heavy and difficult to get filling angle right without spillage. After that plain sailing . Spread quickly, evenly and smoothly from backpack sprayer and job was finished quicker than I envisaged. Nice finish and wait and see how long it lasts. Very pleased so far.

I bought a tin of Smart seal for block…
I bought a tin of Smart seal for block paving silk from BQ in June , one tin should have been enough but it went on patchy so I bought another tin I had just a few patches looking at my driveway today what a mess , it’s gone very patchy all over it looks terrible. I need to get it all off and what a waste of money spending nearly £100 thinking it would be good quality. It’s only been done two months ago. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product.

I hadn't used this product previously…
I hadn't used this product previously though found it very effective and easy to apply. I thought the price was a fair reflection of the quality and would definitely buy it again. The logistics was fast though it would have been helpful to get a time frame when delivery would take place.
