E-mail received upon purchase to say product had been dispatched- it had not. On a positive note i did receive an adequate explanation as to why this had occurred. I would use smartseal again.

Roof paint
I I ordered roof paint from smart seal recently. There was a delay in the time it took to have this paint delivered - this delay was more than normal as a week or 2 previously I had an order delivered in 3 days - a manager contacted me and was very understanding and appreciated that it shouldn’t have taken so long. He has put measures in place to keep the customer more up to date.,This is good customer service. The quality of the product is what’s paramount and has always been great. I’m dropping 1 star for the delay

Delayed delivery but personal call from company founder makes up for it
There was an issue with delayed delivery and a mishap with automated emails but a call from the company founder really makes the difference explaining what went wrong and how he is going to fix it. Good company and good product

Smartseal have spoken to our customer and apologised for not only the delays, but also the lack of communication, which is inexcusable.
There have been issues with our products reaching Ireland from the UK. Lessons have been learnt and hopefully this situation will not occur again. Nigel@Smartseal

Excellent customer service
Fast delivery. There was a small problem with my order but Rob sorted it immediately. The slab cleaner is great. I haven’t used the stain yet. Waiting for some dry weather. I would definitely use this company again.
