Dr. Joseph Schafermeyer is a very good dentist, very good. He is very personable, very friendly and seems to be a very nice and decent guy too. He did a great job and is very professional and really knows what he is doing and how to treat his patients. The best I've ever had. He and his assistant did an excellent job and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.
I definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
The non- doctoral staff are pretty good too.
Definitely recommend at this point of treatment 👍🏻

I had a full smile of composite bonding yesterday by Dr Joseph at the bank clinic.
I cannot comment on the longevity of the work as i only had it done yesterday, but i am absolutely over the moon with my results. My teeth look amazing, and he achieved exactly what I asked for. He took his time to absolutely perfect them, and I couldn’t be happier!!

The experience from start to finish has…
The experience from start to finish has been top, they worked around what I needed to really give me the best treatment plan. Joseph did an excellent job and made me so comfortable each step of the way from the comforting music to the nice conversation throughout, not to forget the actual results of my teeth!! Lastly a massive shout out to the receptionist Rodney, wow what a man, communicated with me very well over the couple weeks, helped me understand any confusing thoughts I had and he was just respectful. We also had a laugh after every conversation which made me feel ever so comfortable from the jump. All in all 10/10 experience, would recommend!

Poor customer service
I was recommended smile and smiles by a friend I went for my first consultant after the consultant I paid a 25% deposit towards the abc package, I had one more session on zoom after this I heard nothing, I was constantly chasing them up, they was never replying to emails or answering calls, for the last year I have been asking for a refund due to the poor customer service, they have still been avoiding refunding me and will not answer any calls or emails. I would defintley avoid using this company

From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic, i would highly recommend smiles and smiles.
From the first consultation which everything was explained to me in great detail which left me very reassured, down to the after care and follow up.
Obviously the best part was the result of my digital composite bonding, my teeth were in a bad way and i was very nervous on how they would look and will they last, but the result was far beyond my expectations, im so happy with them.
Dr Mariana was amazing, I would highly recommend her if you get a choice, im sure everyone is of the same standard but she was amazing. I cannot recommend smiles and smiles enough, the whole team were great, please take it from me dont hesitate get booked up, and they do finance which was a big help. Thankyou to all involved who helped me.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. Nicole sat in on my consultation who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had my composite bonding done at Marylebone by Dr Joseph. Dr. Joseph is extremely talented and did an amazing job. I have been back a couple of times for few minor adjustments, nothing is too much. The service I received from Rodney on reception is outstanding his customer service skills are amazing. The whole team have been great and would highly recommend.

I recentlly visited Smiles & Smiles
I recently visited Smiles & Smiles for composite bonding, and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience.
From the moment I arrived, Rodney on reception was incredibly kind, welcoming and reassuring.He immediately made me feel at ease and helped calm my nerves before my appointment.
Dr Joseph, who carried out my bonding treatment, was exceptional. I was very nervous but he was patient, understanding and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He regularly checked that I was okay and explained everything clearly, and even played my favourite music, which really helped me to relax.
His dental assistant was also lovely and supportive.
Listening to their friendly conversation about everyday life created a calm and comfortable atmosphere, which helped distract me from my nerves and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
The results are absolutely are amazing. I genuinely look and feel like a different person, and I can’t stop smiling! My confidence has increased so much, and I am thrilled with the outcome.
A huge thankyou to everyone at Smiles & Smiles for their kindness, professionalism and outstanding care. I would highly recommend Dr Joseph and his team to anyone considering dental treatment.

Composite bonding Marylebone clinic
I went to the clinic in Marylebone to have composite bonding done.
And my experience with them was absolutely fantastic!
The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel at ease even over the phone before I had met any of them.
He was very kind in giving me travel routes and great places to eat and drink and things to do around the area.
Along with the aftercare for my composite bonding.
Dr Joseph was who carried out the work for me, and he has done an absolutely amazing job!
I can not fault them!
He has listened to what I wanted and advised on what’s best etc.
He carried out my expectations, so I am absolutely over the moon about that.
I had these done back in March, and wanted to wait a while before writing a review, as I did have them done previously at a different clinic, which they did very poorly, so I had them removed- ( the ones that hadn’t fallen out within 3 weeks)
- so with it being a decent amount of time after Dr Joseph had completed my teeth, it’s only right I fill out this review on the outstanding work he has carried out.
Thank you so much, I have had so many compliments from people about them, and would definitely recommend them.

My horror experience at Smiles&Smiles
Before I explain my experience the customer service is shocking at this company. You need to call multiple times during the day to even get through to anyone. Another thing is your warranty is only 3 months long and you will see exactly why it is so short once you have read my review.
First of all a day before my composite bonding appointment they called me to cancel it due to something not arriving in time, I already had my trains booked and paid for as well as a day booked off work, which I explained and made it clear i can not rearrange my appointment especially with less then 24 hours notice.
Anyway I got my top 10 composite bonding complete in February in which i was happy with how they looked however, 2 days later one of my front composites completely fell off. Bear in mind i live 4 hours away from the clinic.
I got in touch with the clinic eventually after several times trying to call and booked an emergency appointment a few days later to get it fixed, resulting in taking a day off my new job unpaid. Train fares cost me £100 to get to London and back which the manager Nicole said they will compensate for me. I woke up for my appointment and saw an email sent at midnight whilst i was obviously asleep saying my appointment was cancelled, this caused me an awful lot of stress and anxiety seen as though I had booked my train and taken the day off. I arrived to the appointment and there had apparently been a system outage resulting in the email.
I got it fixed but not properly as 2 weeks later it fell off again, the dentist who 'fixed it' just bonded the same one that fell off back on when I asked specifically for a new tooth to be bonded. I couldn't believe what was happening after I had spent all this money, i regretted my decision so much especially when my older brother had his done at a proper clinic and hadn't had to go back once in a year and a half of having his done.
During this time i still hadnt received my £100 train fares and was messaging Nicole about it, in which she sometimes just left me on read. I got another appointment booked resulting in another trip down to London in this case they were not paying my train fares. I did eventually get my money for my trains after a month of being £100 out of pocket which at 19 is a lot of money to me.
You would expect a company to care about their clients and want to solve any problems in a professional and caring way to give you the best experience wouldnt you?
I got it fixed once again. And about a month later one of my back composites broke off. So once again I have been down and got it fixed costing me more money and unnecessary travel. This has all been in the space of 3 months luckily under warranty that is about to now expire.
Overall my experience at smiles&smiles has been a nightmare, which has caused great stress for me. I’d advise anyone considering using smiles&smiles services’ to go elsewhere to a clinic that provides reliable results and one that delivers better customer service, even if the cost is a little bit more.
