Wonderful Staff! Wonderful Experience
My experience at Smiles and Smiles was incredible from start to finish. The day O went for my composite bonding I was greeted at the door by the most welcoming and kind gentleman called Rodney. He advised me on a few things I was questioning and we had the most amazing conversation.
Dentist Joseph is who done my composite bonding and he was amazing! He put on my favourite songs in the background and got to work. The result was more than i ever hoped for. He was very gentle and would stop if i needed a break. His work is ART!!
Overall Smiles and Smiles is highly recommended by me if you are looking to get cosmetic or dental treatment. Absolutely wonderful!

Excellent from start to finish
From start to finish my experience with Smiles and Smiles was excellent. Starting from Rodney on reception who was charming and friendly and extremely efficient. The girls in the care center were very helpful and did their upmost to answer all my questions. I'm a very nervous patient as far as dentists so go, at one point I was considering cancelling. I ended up having a telephone chat with Dr Joseph who went through all of my concerns one by one and 100% put my mind at ease very quickly. Still, on the day I was nervous but due to the warm and friendly manner of both himself and the nurse i felt completely relaxed. Having 3 hrs of bonding was less traumatic than having 1 filling a week before at a different dentist. Dr Joseph took time to get the exact natural colour I wanted, the shape of the teeth was perfect and the whole experience was faultless. I'm extremely happy with my results, thank you so much. I will be recommending to everyone I know !

Amazing experience, would highly recommend!
I recently had Top 10 Digital Composite Bonding done at Smiles and Smiles, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
The results are exactly what I asked for; natural, clean, and completely in line with what I’d envisioned. I’ve never felt more confident with my smile, and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel happy showing my teeth!
The customer service throughout was incredible. Every email I sent was answered the same day, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. After the treatment, they made sure I was 100% happy with the results before I left.
I was treated by Dr Joseph and Nurse Nicole, and they were both amazing. I’m usually a very nervous attending appointments, but they made me feel so comfortable and cared for the whole time. They truly went above and beyond.
I genuinely can’t thank Dr Joseph and Nurse Nicole enough. I’ll definitely be returning to have my bottom row done in the future, and I absolutely recommend Smiles and Smiles to anyone considering treatment!

Absolutely awful experience they was rude tried overcharging me and sent me a mouth guard a month later after being told I’d have it in a week that didn’t fit didn’t listen to what I wanted or my concerns about how I was treated will never return absolutely appalling

We’ve looked into this carefully, and it appears there was a misunderstanding around pricing during your initial call. Our colleague mistakenly referenced the cost of a wider treatment plan rather than the specific element you were enquiring about. We fully appreciate how this may have come across and regret the confusion. Our Sales Manager contacted you within an hour to apologise and made efforts to address the situation at the time.
We are committed to transparent communication and clear pricing, and while we would have preferred to avoid this miscommunication entirely, we are confident that we acted swiftly and in good faith to resolve it.
In regard to your nightguard, we work with an external dental laboratory to create custom-made appliances, which can occasionally take longer than a week depending on clinical and lab schedules. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clearly explained to you. We’ve been unable to find any record of contact about the fit of the nightguard, but if you're experiencing any issues, we’d really like to help- please email us at tco@smilesandsmiles.co.uk so we can look into this further.

Firstly a massive thank you to the team for providing me with the best service.
I went ahead with composite bonding at Smiles and Smiles on Paddington street and I am over the moon with the results, this is all down to Dr Joseph. I knew I could trust him to create that perfect smile personalised to me. Dr Joseph talks you though the whole process he made me feel at ease, he is a very kind and a very talented dentist. Sharjah was the dental nurse and she was so lovely and friendly, very helpful and attentive throughout my treatment and helped create my lovely smile. I am so grateful for Dr Joseph and Sharjah's hard work.
Emiliano provided me with all the details for my composite bonding and booked all my appointments for me, he was very nice and helpful, very attentive answering all the questions I had and making the whole process so easy for me.
Rodney on reception is such a kind, helpful and friendly man who made me feel very comfortable, he informed me with all the details I needed to know before and after my treatment.
I am so happy and impressed with my new smile Dr Joseph listened to what I was after and he has completely matched what I was hoping for. I can't thank the team enough for all their hard work and kindness. My new smile is truly amazing. I will be recommending Smiles & Smiles to everyone.

Amazing Experience !!
My whole experience with Smiles & Smiles has been amazing. I was so impressed with every member of staff including the dentists and the dental nurses and even the lovely man who called to remind me of my appointments. The information I was given was clear and concise ! AND my teeth look amazing - they worked so hard to get the desired result and for that I am very very grateful. I was a very nervous dental patient to start with but they were so patient and friendly with me.

Wanted to book an appointment
Wanted to book an appointment. The person on the phone did not tell me when my appointment is or even at what time and what clinic. Did not speak about treatment or basic introduction but went straight to ‘we take a deposit fee’. So rude yes I am looking to spend £4-5k yes I can pay deposit but after I know what time and what day my appointment is!!! So rude no costumer manners !!!
