Highly recommend Smiles and Smiles. Rodney who is just fab at his job! Always happy, ensures we have reminders when are appointments are due, makes us feel very welcome when we get there and always lovely chat when we are there!
Today I went back to get my composite bonding looked at, was seen by Joseph and Rhia. Both made me feel comfortable and sorted my teeth out without no problem. Made me laugh and both of them are fab at their job! Highly recommend going there if you are wanting composite bonding done. The whole team are fab. Alot of effort put in, took their time and Made me very happy considering I have travelled quite far. Thank you so much to you all!

I recently had composite bonding done at Smiles and Smiles, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Dr. Joseph and his nurse were absolutely amazing — they did a perfect job, they asked if I wanted music on and we had such a good chat and ensured I was okay throughout the process. At first, I was a little taken aback because it was such a big change, but the team were so understanding and accommodating. They even offered me a follow-up appointment with Dr. Joseph just to make sure I was fully comfortable, and said anything I wanted to change they would. Nothing was too much trouble.

A special mention to Charlotte and Georgia, who supported me throughout the entire process. Georgia answered all my questions so quickly and clearly, and even after the treatment she continued to be there for me, which meant a lot. Rodney on reception was also lovely and welcoming during my visit.

Overall, everyone I met was genuinely kind and professional. Now that I’ve got used to the change, I couldn’t be happier — my teeth look perfect, and I’ve already had so many compliments. I didn’t even need to go back for any adjustments. I’d highly recommend Smiles and Smiles to anyone considering composite bonding / dental treatment!

Dr. Sandra was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and comfortable from start to finish. The whole team at Marylebone have been outstanding! Originally I had work done at the bank practice but wasn’t very happy and even after nearly a year they heard my problems and rectified almost immediately! Big thanks to Dr Sandra amazing work I highly recommend!

I visited the clinic on 30th September for my composite bonding, great experience from start to finish. The office staff were very helpful leading up to my treatment, texting and calling beforehand, even giving me thorough directions for the tube.
i had my consultation in Bank, Abigail was very friendly and helpful and i got my treatment in Paddington as i asked for Dr Joseph as he had done my daughters bonding in Feb 2024 and she is delighted with the results. Dr Joseph and Nicole couldnt have been nicer, they made my experience being in the chair for 5 hours so much easier, entertaining me throughout! Dr Joseph listened to the result i wanted and thats what i got, so happy with my new teeth!
Overall great, easy experience i am just waiting for my retainers to be delivered as i was told these could take a few weeks, i have recommended my friend who has already booked her consultation for November! Thank you, Steph.

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I had a terrible experience with Smiles and Smile that I feel obligated to share. I travelled all the way to London for a consultation where I was told I was a suitable candidate for composite bonding. Based on this advice, I booked my actual appointment and spent £400 on travel, trusting their professional opinion.
When the appointment day came, I was suddenly assigned a different practitioner because the original one had gone on holiday and tried to reschedule my booking. Not only was this unprofessional, but when I arrived, the new woman told me something completely different from what I was initially told. She said my natural teeth would have to be shaved down significantly – something that was never mentioned in my consultation – and strongly advised against it, saying it would likely result in tooth sensitivity and pain.
I was left in tears in the chair – not just because of the complete miscommunication and poor advice, but because I had already paid a £900 deposit on the day, even before the treatment began. I flagged this as unusual and uncomfortable, but the receptionist insisted I pay before being seen. In the end, the procedure was refused because they claimed I was "too emotional" to proceed – when in reality, I was devastated by being misled and pressured.
To make things worse, when I requested a refund, the clinic falsely inflated the cost of a basic teeth whitening treatment to £490 in order to keep as much of my money as possible. It was clear I was being taken advantage of. I had to chase them with repeated calls just to get any response, and the manager, Nicole, showed no professionalism or empathy throughout.
This was a complete shambles from start to finish. I spent over £1,300 (including travel), was misled, treated appallingly, and had to fight just to get part of my money back. Do not trust this company – they are disorganised, dishonest, and only interested in taking your money.

I was treated for 8 composite bonding for the upper arch today, and it was a very comfortable experience. Dr Maja was extremely professional as well as hospitable while carrying out the procedure . I would highly recommend this branch with Dr maja(cornhil L and Y clinic) as the whole team is super friendly !

I initially visited Smiles and Smiles for a composite bonding assessment and was pleased with the treatment plan proposed. However, working in healthcare compliance, I took the time to read through a wide range of reviews, and I’ll be honest—some of the 1-star reviews gave me pause, so I decided to postpone my treatment with Dr. Joseph.
That changed when I experienced a dental emergency while on holiday. I reached out to Smiles and Smiles, and I have to say—the care, treatment, and flexibility they showed were nothing short of outstanding. I suffer from significant dental anxiety and can be a challenging patient as a result, but the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate and support me.
The experience gave me the confidence to move forward with my planned treatment. Dr. Joseph and the team have been incredibly reassuring and professional, thoroughly educating me on the essential aftercare required post-bonding to ensure long-term success.

Amazing service, clear process!

I had composite bonding on my upper teeth two weeks ago and have been very happy with the final results. The dentist took a detailed brief of what I wanted and didn’t want with the procedure aesthetically and she absolutely nailed it. The overall look is incredible - really natural looking teeth shape and perfect colour. I couldn’t be happier. I’m giving 4* because at times I felt the communication between the staff and me wasn’t always great - I had to chase quite a bit for information. However once I’d fed this back it definitely improved. I would highly recommend going with Smiles and Smiles for composite bonding.

Absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for a better smile! I was extremely unconfident about my smile before and now all I do is smile.
