Smiles and Smiles Avis 

Staff were all lovely and it was all an easy process! I am very happy with my new smile although I feel they were rushed towards the end so they aren’t perfect as I’ve noticed some lumps and areas where it isn’t smoothed off

I had composite bonding done to 10 upper teeth in June 2024 and one fell off a couple of weeks ago!! The composite did not chip, the whole composite came off fully, (there was no biting nails, no combat sports. Couldn’t believe it. I called them up and tried to sort this and made them aware to see if the initial 3 month warranty could be extended due to the concern I had regarding the treatment (which I didn’t think was an unreasonable request considering the situation) but I was told this cannot be extended and the reason the composite came off was due to the fact they had recommend Invisalign, which was nonsense as they said they could perform the treatment without Invisalign and the composite would still be successful, hence the reason I went and booked the treatment. I went back to have the tooth re bonded and the dentist confirmed the reason it came off was due to the bonding not properly being secure. Customer service is at zero. Will not be recommending.

Dr Joseph was so informative, supportive and very patient during my composite bonding. He listened to my concerns and advised me but still let me make decisions.
I’ll be back every few months for my cleans! I travelled from Liverpool and it was so worth it.
He popped 4 shades on my teeth to help me decide, then asked me which shapes I liked and advised what he think would suit my arches. We went for the aggressive style but still with canines(fangs) and I just love my teeth

Had the pleasure of having Dr Joseph at the clinic today for my composite bonding . I couldn’t be more happier with my teeth and smile. It’s exactly how I wanted it to be and the service was unmatched from start to finish. Everyone was super professional and friendly. Definitely up there with the best clinics

Everyone from reception staff to the Dentists were all amazing. I couldn't get used to my new and improved smile for a while, so they invited me back, reshaped them for me to a more natural style, and made sure I was 100% happy with them before I left, and now I LOVE them! Would 1000% recommend.

Really happy with the results. The approach the dentist took with my teeth was aligned with what I wanted- as natural as possible. Gave 4 stars though as I would have appreciated a bit more of a chat and consultation before lying down. I appreciate it was probably such a straight forward easy thing for the dentist to do as she was only just edge bonding on one tooth, but just having that time at the start would have made me feel a little bit more comfortable.

I’d like to share my feelings and i want to say, it was amazing service from the beginning. They are so friendly and they do know what exactly needed, highly recommended place and i am looking forward to do next steps. Thank you all!

I had the composite bonding treatment last year, which was great when I first had them done, however in the time of having them done I’ve had 6 teeth chip, snap (I have photo evidence of all broken teeth) i personally wouldn’t recommend the treatment as now I have to constantly get them repaired which is now costing me more money, and for the price of what you pay to have these done I think the quality is poor.
I have already revisited to get them repaired within a couple months of having the treatment which raised concerns already of them breaking so soon, but for it to keep happening and no doubt it’s going to continue happening I think for the price of myself who payed just over £3000 it’s ridiculous you have to constantly get them repaired.
I am now embarrassed to smile rather than be proud of my smile due to cracked and broken teeth, I’m sure this is not what the company will tell you and ensure you of.
I have even noticed of living day to day with my smile that even some teeth are different sizes width. Which should not be the case after speaking to different companies and dentist who have also said this should not be happening I strongly advise not to use this company.
I will be fighting for a refund because I think of what’s to be paid for quality I’ve been given is not acceptable

I’ve just had composite Bonding done with smiles and smiles and I am so pleased with the results the team were great and the dentist who done my teeth was very patient with me as I was indecisive of what I wanted and she made me feel at ease and did not rush my decisions.
