Smiles and Smiles Avis 

So I booked with smiles and smiles today for some agreed free repairs to two of my teeth, and two redos as I wasn’t happy! These two teeth that needed fixing have been fixed twice previous with this company and still feel bodged so I travelled up to London on the agreement these two would be free! London is almost 3 hours for me so this travel numerous times isn’t ideal, but I thought, benefit of the doubt I will have these FINALLY perfected today! THIRD time lucky! I turn up, to be told I have £700 to pay! I thought the receptionist was joking! I was drawn to tears being told over and over there is nothing that can be done, baring in mind I had shown him the texts with agreement proof I was told in black and white two of these teeth would be done free of charge! He then proceeded to ‘text’ the dentist which seemed odd? A lady come down eventually! I will admit she was lovely, and sorted it for me that I can have two teeth done for free! And the dentist I saw was also lovely! But the fact I had to go through this, baring in mind I’ve trusted the company three times, travelling costs, also I am self employed so I’m out of pocket before I leave! I won’t be returning again after this as it’s completely put me off!

Best in the game, the amount of compliments I have received saying how good my teeth look is amazing. Staff super friendly and caring. 100% recommend.

Would recommend to anyone wanting composite bonding only issue is trying somewhere to park is a nightmare

I had a couple of issues but spoke to the management and now I’m absolutely over the moon with how punctual and assertive the team was to make the problems I had resolved. Outstanding. And my end results, I literally wanting to cry. They are everything and more I could have dreamed of. Thankyou

Absolutely amazing!!! I had my teeth recently done with the amazing Dr Joseph from start to finish he was fantastic. I had the best experience and I love my new smile. I visited the marleybone practice and the whole team with great. I would highly recommend 😊 if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Amazing process from start to finish, I had my teeth done on the 27/07 and since booking in there was always somebody on the end of the phone or answering my WhatsApp messages if I was unsure on something, from arriving to the clinic I felt so comfortable, then the transformation of my teeth was amazing I had Charlie as my dentist and I couldn’t thank him enough, he know I was nervous, he really tried his hardest to calm my nerves, not only do I love my smile but I really enjoyed the day there they’re all so lovely and welcoming! Definitely will be coming back!

Hi all, I've always been very self conscious about my smile so decided to look into getting composite bonding done at smiles and smiles after they where recommend to me by a friend, and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I've made. For the first time in my life I love my smile. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and were more then happy to answer any of my questions that I had. If anyone is looking for an improved smile I would 100% recommend.

Genuinely could not recommend this clinic more. The team, the staff, the good communication, and the treatment itself! My treatment was with Dr Heather for composite bonding and i couldn’t recommend her more.

Not sure if the positive reviews on here are legit? I booked a consultation phone call and also emailed them photos upon their request prior to booked call. No one ever called or contacted me. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t like to use a company on my teeth who can’t arrange and stick to appointment's. Avoid
UPDATE. A different person called at 2.18pm over 2 hours after my appointment with no explanation as to why the original appointment was not kept. I have advised that my photos have already been sent after she asked for them. I was then told someone will be looking into them and will get back to me.
UPDATE Part 2 it has been 5 days and not one of the ‘members of staff’ have called me back following on from my photos sent on email. I have now decided to go with another clinic where I was contacted within 48 hours and have been in person for a consultation already. AVOID
UPDATE part 3 - again I would really hope people avoid this company because not only have they NOT attempted to reach out to me they have also LIED in stating that I have blocked their number. This is absurd that they would make up such lies to cover themselves following a poor review. Still no contact from company. I have not changed my number nor have I blocked any numbers.

Joseph is a first class dentist. Definitely would happily recommend his work
