Discusting company! I never got the shoes or a refund, scammers !!!!

I wouldn't actually give them any stars if there was an option. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are FAKE/COUNTERFEIT. Their customer service is appalling. FAKE HOKA trainers arrived despite contacting them to get confirmation of their authenticity beforehand. Whilst i got a response they avoided answering the question. I have been offered a few options of a partial refund and keep them but i continually turned them down wanting a full refund to which they suggested i return them to China and await a full refund once received. I didn't trust that would happen so i asked for a 80% refund and i would keep them. Over a month later and 5 further emails i have had no response, therefore have raised a dispute with my bank.
THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE.

Scammers, do not order from this company! Trainers ordered two months ago, never received, I was promised a refund over a month ago which was not received either. Had to get my bank involved. Spare yourself the hassle. Smiths Fashion UK (based in China) need to be shut down by the authorities, they are nothing more than criminals

Complete fraudsters. Based in China. Eventually sent me some trainers but were wrong size and I believe they are counterfeit. Refused me a full refund and started giving me options e.g. "get 25% back and keep the goods".

Eventually received money back from credit card provider.

Looks like they have now gone out of business as website is down.

Omg all the bad reviews are correct. Thought I was buying a bargain pair of Hokas. They sent the wrong ones. Got a polite email generously offering that I keep them and I could have the correct pair sent. That was four months ago despite numerous emails and being told they'd let me know as soon as they had them. I eventually asked for a refund, they then said they'd processed one sending me a screenshot of one with a date that didn't tie up and no refund arrived. Now they are not answering my emails.

Fake goods. No refund. No response. Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. Stay well clear. Don’t know even how they are still allowed to trade.

I have given one star as this is the minimum. Do not order from this company. They claim to be uk based but they are not.
Goods haven’t arrived and I have been promised full refund which also hasn’t arrived.
I am now raising a complaint via my bank.

Wrote a review some time ago. Item was ordered 4 months ago and despite numerous emails, I have no trainers and the promised (10 weeks ago) refund has not been forthcoming. Now there is no response at all. Please do not use this site,

Bought a pair of Hoka trainers, arrived very very late, in the wrong size. Email with Smith Fashion offered a partial refund and keep the shoes.
Despite many emails still haven’t received any refund and shoes appear to be fake.

Don’t use this website it’s a scam. Ordered trainers they never turned up, originally issued a tracking number then that disappeared. Asked for a refund never received, now the email address I contacted no longer exists. I’ll be contacting Trading Standards to get an investigation underway and hopefully shut this site down given how many people have been affected. Please don’t use this site.

The company took my money but did not produce the goods. They agreed to refund me. They did not. I had to go through my bank and was reimbursed the same day under S75 Consumer Credit Act.

I cancelled my order over 3 months ago due to the time it would take for me to get the item i had ordered. I am still waiting to get my refund although I have chased numerous time - do not use this company!

I thought this was a repticle company, when my trainers came, they are not genuine hokka, they actually made my planter facetious worse, emailed them did everything they asked, when ut came to refund they have blocked my email, stay well clear. Wish I read reviews first before been ripped off.

Made order in May nothing arrived been in contact several times with company since asking for either item ordered or a refund and have still not received either. Would not use this site again and would warn others not too.

Avoid — terrible experience

Ordered trainers on 30 June. Five weeks later, still no tracking despite repeatedly chasing them. After eight weeks I demanded a refund — that didn’t arrive either.

Eventually my card provider stepped in and successfully processed a chargeback. Only then did the company suddenly respond, asking me to cancel the chargeback so they could refund me themselves.

Absolutely not. After weeks of no goods, no tracking and no refund, I certainly wasn’t giving up the protection of my card provider based on another promise.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. If there were a negative star review I would have used it -

A purchase of Hoka trainers took 3-4 weeks to arrive.
The product did not match the discription on the Smith fasion website.
As well as being a different model the trainers were also fake.
Contacting the company by phone is impossible. Answer machine only.
Email correspondence went well till the negotiating of a refund or return was agreed.
The offer: Either returning the items ( at my own cost to China)
Credit note of purchase amount to spend with Smith Fashion
50% refund.
Clearly they will do what they can to keep your money !!! Beware.
We agreed 70% refund after a couple of weeks of negotiating via email.
Still waiting for the refund and email communication has been nearly non existent.

I ordered a pair of trainers for a specific occasion, but the delivery took so long that the event had already passed by the time they arrived. While I can't recall the exact estimated delivery time provided at checkout, I would not have proceeded with the order had the actual timeframe been stated.
Once the parcel arrived, I enquired about a return. A straightforward refund was not offered; instead, I was given three alternative options because returning them to China would incur a high postage cost. On June 7th, I agreed to keep the trainers in exchange for a partial refund and was told to allow 3–5 business days for processing.
After numerous follow-up emails—and repeatedly being told the refund was being processed—I sent an email today only to receive an automated response stating the email address is no longer in service.
I've now accepted that I will never receive this refund. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not use this company!

I agree with all the reviews. A fake company. I bought Hoka trainers, they haven’t arrived, customers service is counterfeit. They shouldn’t be trading.

I’ve ordered my trainers 1 week ago and still haven’t had them. I’ve tried to use tracking but doesn’t work. Are they a con company ? They have taken my money

Goods haven't arrived after 30days, no telephone number to call, no reply after submitting 5 emails to cliftonfootwear.co.uk or from Shop the shipping company. Luckily B/card refunded my money. Not UK based, China based and last tracking would indicate on a flight to the UK from China then nothing. AVOID !!
