I don't even know why people use this service, one of the worst courier service in the world. Every single time its a hassle with them. This time he calls me and threatens to just leave the package somewhere by the elevator if I didn't come outside to get it. They're just rude and incompetent.

I wouldn’t give even 1 star to this company. Before they used to be decent. Now is all gone down. They came to deliver the package and they said they accept only cash. That’s not true as I have used their service many times and I have the bank statement proving that I was using the POS with them. They even lied to the seller that I refused to pay. Not true as well. I requested them to come with a POS to complete the payment as in UAE is rare to use cash. One of their staff promised to send another delivery guy to process the payment and never happened. I have 3 days running after them to deliver my package and they don’t deliver it. Every day I have to deal in a call with different staff of them, repeating the same things over and over again. Some of them rude as well. Avoid this company as much as you can. I have reported them already in Dubai Customer Rights entities as well.

worst possible delivery company in UAE. They charged me an admin fee on VAT for an item that does not incur VAT and they would not deliver until I paid. They just made up this admin fee. The shipping was already paid in full. For info, the item cost 8 dirhams, I already paid 20 dirhams of shipping costs and SMSA invented an extra 12 dirhams admin fee. Outrageous

Stupid transport company, lazy people lazy work.
They have put my Noon order on for hold more than 5 days, creating undue delays. They delay in custom clearance.

Horrible customer service and follow up procedure, they don't answer emails and calls for a week and when they do, they give you the wrong information without even apologizing and act high and mighty.

Bad services

The driver does not speak English or arabic, no-one can communicate. They just send a message saying they tried to deliver but actually did nothing.

Very bad delivery boys rude and arrogant and misbehave with customers. They don’t know even a word of English.

It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered items from iherb.com and this company not delivering it to me, not answering to my phone calls, emails, no updates on their website, tracking number shows nothing!

On June 1, I sent a personal shipment from the USA to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using SMSA Express. The shipment arrived in Saudi Arabia on June 6, but since then, the experience with SMSA has been highly unprofessional. The tracking details have been repeatedly manipulated, falsely indicating that the delivery address was changed when it was not. Additionally, each time a delivery attempt is scheduled, and when it is not, The delivery guy turns off his phone and fails to deliver the package. This has happened more than eight times now.

Today marks the 12th day since SMSA took possession of the shipment, and despite lodging a complaint, I have received no attention or resolution from SMSA. Given the significant efforts and progress made in Saudi Arabia as part of Vision 2030, it is disappointing to see a company like SMSA failing to deliver a small personal shipment efficiently.

I hope the relevant authorities
will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that logistics services align with the country's vision for the future.

Absolute trash delivery service. I received 3 deliveries from amazon today all with no issue. My delivery from SMSA unfortunately is struggling to deliver for the last 4 days due to my phone number. They have my address why is it an issue having my mobile number? Help centre is absolutely useless. Can't even put menin contact with the delivery driver. Trash
