Double triple charge … no delivery at destination … no transparency in charges, website shows one value then customer supports states another value then the agent “decides” a value…

I wish there’s a negative rate star here so I can give -100. The worst ever, second to none. They don’t answer messages and don’t give estimate time of delivery. People are busy working or with something else. We cannot wait forever.

I went to the main branch in jeddah to get my post but they said it's out for delivery at the same day but they didn't deliver it same day

Is there a zero star on this?trustpilot should consider that some of them are not rewarding for 1 star.unsatisfied mean the experience will fell to zero.Again and again.when this SMSA is involved in this shipping.your stress level will be high for the arrogant and selfish behavior of their courier.they think we are working with them not thinking that their company business in shipping and delivery services

They refused to deliver my goods saying I should come and take it from there office. I have never had this kind of issue with a delivery company.

The service provided by SMSA is very poor and unprofessional in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, They kept telling me my mailing address was incorrect and tried to postpone my delivery further.
I will also make a complaint with SMSA regarding the Egyptian delivery driver with mobile number +966591526634 who told me that he will deliver and never showed up and put my shipment address as incorrect when I called him in the evening.

Hi , I totally agree with all the comments here under that describe the worse shipping company ever which is Smsa , bad customer service and their info email keep bouncing and their driver unbelievable rude and the double charge u for customs and duties, never deal with such a bad company and bad management

Lazy delivery personnel, been waiting my package for many days. When I traced online I found "customer no response" which indeed nobody message or call me.

شركة الشحن لا تتعاملون وياها نصابة، اتصلو فيني وقالو لي بدفع 17 درهم للشحن، ثم المندوب مرسل لي في واتساب ادفع 33 درهم ثم يتصل فيني المندوب يطلب ان ادفع 73 درهم!!! قبل ان توصل الشحنة اتصلت في شركة الشحن لأتأكد من سعر الشحنة قالو لي ان ادفع 33 درهم فقط واذا طلبو زيادة اتصلوا في الشركة!! لكنهم لم يحلو المشكلة و اغلقو الهاتف في وجهنا عندما كنا انكلمهم!؟

Do not use smsa at any cost i ordered a graphics card from dubai to riyadh it took a whole month to arrive

I have a package from alrajhi bank sent via SMSA. It took me almost 2 week waiting, 5 calls to their customer service. Until i decided to pick it up in a nearest service center near me. I don't know if they are lazy or what, the reason they told me is that my contact number is wrong thats why they cannot contact me. But upon getting the package the number is correct and the address as well. Very bad service.

My address is clear and they just need to deliver it to my house as agreed with the seller. How would you call it delivery if this lousy delivery company wanted me to pick the item up from their lousy place. Is SMSA really a subsidiary of fedex or something? I would never have noticed the worst service ever if this is just the first time. Called their customer support to tell them to deliver it to my address. What’s funny is that they don’t know my address and ask me where to deliver it. I’m pretty sure that my lousy address would stick out of their lousy computer once my tracking number is given to them. Its almost a week now and my little package is still probably sitting in their lousy worst delivery facility.

I would kindly request from my us address to remove SMSA from their system indeed they are the cheapest but they are the very worst ever dealt with them .

THE WORST! I HAD MANY CALLS FOR THEM BEFORE TO CALL ME AN HOUR BEFORE DELIVERING TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVE IT AS THE PACKAGE IS A GIFT, THEY STILL DELIEVERED IT AND DID NOT CALL AND MY WHOLE ONE MONTH PREPERATION HAS BEEN GONE FOR THEIR STUPIDITY
