i have never seen a more unprofessional company in my whole entire life.
someone called me to ask me if i still wanted to proceed with my delivery after they informed me they will be charging me 30% of my package’s value as import tax (normally capped at 20%) and that i’ll have to pay my courrier in cash, seems sketchy if you ask me. Also, if you do not want to pay this tax because it is honestly outrageously over the regular fee, they will ask you to pay another fee to send it back. if you try to call them they will hang up on you and never call you back and if you call them back to complain about that they will hang up on you again. they also deliver late, and will leave your package in the heat every chance they get, i ordered things that shouldn’t be left out in the heat and were made of glass and they really outdid themselves: glass was hot and broken!! Trust me, if i could give them no stars i would. The express in their name has no reason to be there, they are constantly late and they won’t even ring your doorbell or wait 2 seconds before leaving and claiming that the delivery was attempted and failed. If you do however come out your house to collect your package, the delivery man will look you up and down and try to get your number for other reasons. Completely unprofessional and sketchy.

1- My shipment was sent after receiving it at the company’s office in Kuwait on 27/11.
2- Procrastinating re-sending the shipment to Kuwait and extending the period of receiving the shipment at Kuwait Airport from 3 days to 6 days
3- They claim to confirm the receipt of the shipment and the signature from both sides as shown on their site, and I have not received any of them yet
Extremely impolite customers service, which bothers me more than the fact that I didn't receive my package yet! ( delayed )
As if they knew that they could get away with being rude and disrespectful, which is happening eventually. Anyways, it probably will be my last experience with SMSA. I wish SMSA every success and to scale up their services, especially the customer's support ones.

Non delivery of shipment

. I have my shipment number(erased) supposed to be delivered on 9 July. I received a message from SMSA representative with mobile number (hidden) asking for location. I missed a call from this number and immediately I called back but he refused to come back and deliver it. Even I tried to contact him multiple times but he didn't answered the call and sent the voice message that he is not interested in delivering my . Even then I waited for next day ( 10 July) for delivery of parcel but no response and when I tried to track it.. showed that I didn't responded and changed my address( which is incorrect and he is lying). This is really unprofessional behaviour and bad attitude from representative of a company like SMSA and I didn't expected it.
I want to lodge official complaint against that representative because of his unprofessional behaviour and he is bringing bad name and reputation to your company.

UNACCEPTABLE TRANSPORT!
I received my order in Saudi Arabia today and my package was burning hot. This is absolutely unacceptable for health suppliments as the heat will kill off the benefits of the product. I will never use this service again. I would give it a zero rating if I could. It's awful!

The worst possible company to deal with, bad customer service, no response, no tracking update, no communication And the one day delivery takes 3 weeks to deliver.

The worst company!!! They are always sooooo slow, they've been holding my package from dubai to ruh for 12 days and then returned it back to shipper. IF there is an issue then u don't hold it so long, they said- we need your iqama number and other details, and after it i called- i asked "why my order is stuck in dubai for so long?" lady responded "when it's written dubai, it means it is in dubai, when they move it, u will be notified "
Btw, my laptop came from USA to RUH from 28. previous month to 6. of this month. And their packet was in dubai from 24.10.-06.11. no changes.

Smsa is the best in Saudi Arabia no doubt. Much better than DHL. Smsa and staff have a great attitude , unlike DHL delays and bad attitude.
