Excellent service! We booked this company to snag our new build home a week before we are due to move in and the report exceeded our expectations. Easy booking system and well worth the money, highly recommend!

Booked a visit on the Saturday arrived on the Monday to carry out the snagging . Found plenty of snags within the new build property, all minor issues nothing major ,for us to return to the developers to amend .

Prior to booking I read through snagmynewhome website and was happy with everything they covered and as they were close to my area I decided to go ahead. Booking was simple and very quick. Quick and easy. Booked a surveyor to visit in 3 days.

Easy to book. The snagging survey identified 40 snags in my newbuild property that I could not have identified myself. Customer service was responsive.

He managed to find 82 faults. There was a delay in accessing the property but he did manage to finish in time

Waseem was very observant and manged to find many defects in my flat with his special gadgets, but he also assured me that the build was up to standards. I’ve past on his report to my developer and hopefully they’ll do all the fixes.
He manged to find my flat’s location which was difficult as the address was new, so kudos to him.

The snagging survey was comprehensive, everything was carried out efficiently and the customer service was really helpful. I’d highly recommend them for any new build property.

We had some issues booking the survey and the price quoted was not clear, as we received two different quotes. But a valuable service once booked, I would recommend if you require an independent snagger.

Got my newly house built snagged on 15th April, I must say it was very detailed would not have possible to identify with naked eye. The Snagger took good 2-3 hours to investigate the house and published a very comprehensive report. I am much satisfied now.
