Snap Fitness UK & IE Avis 

Well the GYM is big well equiped . The only problem : when a new person for the first time joined Gym you have to show him for upto two days maximum every machine how it works and what he has to do . In general you have to familarise him or her every peace and pieces :; mind you he is paying a lot of money to be fit and need to be treated much better than he expected ; you can not just leave him or her alone to do exercise :; introduction is vital for every one

New to the gym.. it's very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.

I'm 78 and was apprehensive about joining after about 40 years since I last went to a gym. However I felt extremely comfortable with the facilities and the friendly atmosphere.
I first met Charlie Moore who completed my membership and Charlie Wanstall for my induction to the gym. Both were excellent ambassadors to Snap Fitness.

I have been a member at the Lancaster branch of snap for going on 9 months.

The staff are all on first name terms and couldn't be anything more than brilliant when I need them.

I predominantly train heavy weights across a P.P.LU.L schedule and find the gyms choice of equipment perfect for my needs.

The gym is always clean, presented well and has instilled a re-rack culture that the majority of members follow.

All in all a 10/10 space that I spend 4/5 sessions a week in.

I had a great experience at Snap Fitness Wallington. The gym is always clean, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff are helpful and professional, and it never feels overcrowded. Great place to train whether you are a beginner or experienced. Highly recommend

Such a bad experience at the Fareham Snap Fitness. There was faeces on the handbars of the equipment!! The staff weren't apologetic at all and refused to give me and my friend refunds after we cancelled our memberships at the beginning of the month. So disappointed by how this was handled, don't feel valued at all as a long-term customer. They acted like they were doing us a huge favour by cancelling our memberships early - this is the bare minimum after touching faeces, no?

Atmosphere is enough motivation to get you up and going ,staff excellent, facilities are perfect
Cost is value for money .
Only negative no punch bags !?

Great equipment great facilities although changing rooms are toilets or showers not always available on busy periods, good parking facilities nearby, overall great quality for money, much better layout than other snap fitness locations

I love coming to the gym. I’ve been to gyms before but they always feel a bit clinical.
Snap Fitness at March has more of a community feeling.
Everytime I go in, Charlie always makes me feel welcome. He’s always on hand to explain things to me if I get confused and he helps to come up with different uses for the equipment.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming and approachable at Snap Fitness in Winton, Bournemouth . I thoroughly enjoy Zumba (Ruth) and Pilates (Abbie and Mel) sessions, therefore would recommend to anyone who enjoys group sessions with a dash of Latino beat or a dash of calm .

A VERY VERY good welcome and introduction from Leah on my first visit who explained everything very carefully about the facilities and also explained the membership options without a "hard sell", (which is so much appreciated by myself). She is always friendly and welcoming each time I visit and I know it is not just me but she is friendly to all members. A great asset to Snap Fitness. Don't let her go! I rarely have to wait to use a machine as the gym is 24/7 so never seems too busy. There are plenty of lockers (bring your own padlock) and the bathrooms are clean. There is also a water fountain to fill up your water bottle. I am very happy with SnapFitness.

Gainsborough Gym:

On 30th April 2026 at approximately 4:45pm my 15 year old son named above rang to take out the £10 for the first month and two subsequent month at £22.50 offer. I stated that he couldn’t make it in tonight due to an accident on Lea Road and the offer of £10 for a month finished today and either Laura or Emily (we are unsure which of the two) confirmed that this was the case. There was no mention of this is for the month of April it was only ‘for the month’ mentioned and I even said he didn’t want to miss out on the offer of a month for £10. I then handed the phone to my 15 year old child who then set up the membership. The following day £22 tried to be debited from the card as in fact the person setting up the membership knew, the 15 year old child couldn’t make it in on the day the membership was set up and it was actually for the month of April meaning he had willingly just paid the gym £10 for nothing.

It is very poor customer service knowing that the child would not be in that day and that £10 would suffice for only the following 6 hours and knowing also that it would not be used hence calling up.
