The app was fine till the glitch.

The app was fine , it was the app that gives me the freedom to order lots of food from zomoto , lots of my needs from amazon , and lots of cloths from myntra. But after the removal( said as techinal glitch) of the vouchers, i would loss the intrest in the snapmint, so if the issue is technical it should be resolved primarily and if the apps are completely removed from the app the snapmint should clarrify that too so we pay the remaining emi and delet the app.

I loved snapmint and purchased many…

I loved snapmint and purchased many products from Amazon and Flipkart in EMIs, but recently Amazon and Flipkart are not available in the online store category and neither the vouchers are available, they assured me that it's a technical issue and will be solved soon but it's still not available and I am not able to purchase products from these apps and neither I am able to write review in playstore.

I ordered a reMarkable Pro tablet through Snapmint after seeing their ad on Instagram. I paid the full amount upfront as required. Instead of the tablet, they delivered cheap earphones worth almost nothing.
This is outright fraud. Snapmint is scamming customers by showing premium products in ads but sending junk items.

Now they are bombarding me with harassing automated messages and calls demanding "statement due" amounts. They are threatening to:
Damage my CIBIL score
Issue legal notices
Send recovery agents to my address.

If you have the guts, send your recovery people to my address right now.

I will happily ignore your auto-generated texts, block your numbers, and deal with any fake legal threats properly.

Do not waste your money on Snapmint's website or app.

They are big scammers who misuse the EMI system and cheat innocent buyers.

Stay away and save yourself the headache!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect EMI Charges for Amazon Purchase via Snapmint

Dear Snapmint Support Team,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding an issue with my recent purchase from Amazon using Snapmint EMI.
I purchased a vacuum cleaner on 17 February 2026 through Amazon and selected the Snapmint EMI option.
Amazon Order Number: 404-7658818-5101162
Snapmint Order Number: 51783289
On the same day, I paid ₹274 through UPI and also paid two EMIs of ₹750 each as part of the EMI plan. However, when the order was delivered, it showed Cash on Delivery, and I had to pay the full amount of ₹1,728 to receive the product.
This means that I have already paid the complete amount for the product. Despite this, I am still receiving calls and messages regarding pending EMI payments. Additionally, the ₹274 paid earlier appears to be an extra payment, and I would like clarification regarding this amount.
I kindly request you to review this issue, stop the EMI reminders immediately, and confirm that there are no pending dues on my account. If the ₹274 payment is extra, please process the refund at the earliest.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

I purchased some utensils using credit from snapmint.the second and last intallment was due on 3-3-2026. I paid the due on the same day. But this company is sending me msg every two hours,that”the due is not paid. Your cibil score will decline.you won’t get loans from the banks……blah….blah.” It is very much annoying. I’m honestly very frustrated with Snapmint. They delivered an empty parcel to me — there was literally nothing inside the box. I raised the issue immediately, but instead of helping, they denied responsibility and still started my EMIs.

Because of this, my credit score dropped from around 720 to 670. This is really upsetting. Why should I pay for something I never received?

It feels very unfair and stressful. I just want a proper resolution, not damage to my credit for a mistake that wasn’t mine.
