Έγινε 6/9 εγγραφή με refer code. Σήμερα 13/4 επικοινώνησα μαζι τους μέσω chat για το bonus εγγραφής. Λόγω λάθους της εφαρμογής τους δεν ειχε περάσει ως referal αλλά ως ανεξάρτητη εγγραφή. Δεν υπήρχε... Voir plus

δεν στέλνει σε λογαριασμός με swift bic μονο σε IBAN ,δεν κάνει κλείσιμο λογαριασμού , δεν έχει αμφισβήτηση συναλλαγών ,και δεν κάνει κατάθεση από ΑΤΜ μέσω διας σαν ελληνική τράπεζα. δεν μου απαντάνε στο chat android app όλο με συνδέουν με εκπρόσωπο σας στέλνω email τίποτα , στο τέλος θα κάνω κατγκελεία στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή.
Update Με το που έγραψα μου ζήτησε παραπάνω στοιχεία μέχρι και το ΑΦΜ έδωσα να δω αν θα προχειρίσουν σε κλείσιμο λογαριασμού μου.
Μετά από επικοινωνία ο λογαριασμός έκλεισε

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time! Endless proceedure, having to start from scratch each time something goes wrong or freezes. Adverises in a few minutes, I spent numerous hours, to no avail! Plus constantly asking for further sensitive personal information! Keep away!!!

Παραπανω απο 2 χρονια αναμονη με πολλα λογια στο παρασκηνιο για το τι λειτουργιες θα εχει μεσα το προγραμμα, το app μολις κυκλοφορησε πριν κανα 2 μηνες 07-10-2025. Και ειναι εντελως αχρηστο, καμια ιδεα απο εξωτερικο οπως ειναι το zilch η το clearpay.
Λογικα εσεις που το φτιαξατε εχετε πολυ εμπειρια απο σχεδιασμο και λειτουργιες. 0 αστερια.
Απλα πεταξατε μεσα ενα iban και ενα iris και ενταξει ειμαστε. Αχρηστοι

You’re right that, at this early stage, Snappi is available only to people who live in Greece and can complete KYC with Greek documents. We launched publicly just two weeks ago and are rolling out responsibly to meet regulatory requirements and deliver a great experience from day one.
International expansion is part of our roadmap, and opening beyond Greece is a priority we’re actively preparing for. (Our cards are designed to work globally wherever Mastercard is accepted once you’re a customer.)

Highly recommended!! Finally all my banking needs handled from my phone and with zero fees! No queues in branches, no branches! Super friendly and easy to use. If you need help there's always a human to speak to should you want to!

Great experience, fast onboarding, good customer experience
the onboarding was so easy and fast! when i faced a transaction issue, i was able to contact the call center right away, and the representative was so nice and helpful and provided my with steps and guidance instantly. no issues paying with the card at all, I even use the IRIS feature and it's been great
