The picture and the item are not the same and it is 10 sizes smaller than what it says...and I do mean 10!! True trickery at its best!!!!

this company uses others images and videos on social media to reel you in . I bought a pink pair of the long pants . There is no size tag , no presentation as it came in a plastic bag a toy would come in. No signs of even the brand name on a tag . You could tell they were not true to the size I ordered and they were shorter than my legs and I’m 5’8” . I asked for the address to refund and send them back. They offered to send a larger size and I have to pay $18.99 to get those sent to me !!! Even though the original shipping was 2.99 from a warehouse in New York . So I don’t understand how or why it would be expensive to send them back . I had to dispute the charge with my bank because I could tell they were not going to give any better options to rectify the situation . I hate I told other about the pants but now I will tell them don’t order them or anything from this company because you aren’t getting what they are advertising . STOP STEALING REAL BLACK DESIGNERS IMAGES AND VIDEOS FOR YOUR OWN FAKE WEBSITE OF POORLY MADE CLOTHES
They only offer a full return if you send the item back to CHINA which we all know costs more than what one pair of pants they sell you is and if your items get lost in customs then you’re screwed with them for real . Just do the chargeback with your bank , it’s way easier than the back and forth the company offers . They will only offer a $10-20 refund and ask you to keep the product and “give to your friends”

This company is a SCAM. The items advertised vs. what I received are no comparison. They look nothing like what is advertised. NOTHING. The quality is awful. The customer service is awful. The packaging is awful. There’s no refund policy. I can’t believe I didn’t research this site beforehand. DO NOT PURCHASE. I can’t fully express how cheap and tacky this apparel is. Don’t do it!!!!!

I wish I read the reviews for this company (like I usually do!) I ordered AND paid for a cute camo jumper since January 23rd, it is now March 7th and I've received nothing but emails telling me to give them more time. I've finally asked back for a refund. Let's see how long that'll take.

This company is a SCAM! Low quality item sent which was nothing like the item advertised. Advertised as cotton patchwork jumper and was sent a nylon Halloween costume material jumper. Pockets were printed on the garment and was not even a real pocket. When I contacted the company for a refund they stated I needed to ship the garment back to China to get a refund. The cost was basically more than the garment. When I only paid $2.99 to have it shipped to me. So this was shady and scam-like behavior as well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My daughters purchased a jacket for my birthday in February and have not received it yet!!

BEWARE: Most of these sites offering nice items with the price seeming to good to be true are scam site. Before you order from any site you are not familiar with, Google the name of the company exactly as they list it, hit the space bar and write the world SCAM then hit enter. Then you will know whether or not you should do business with them.

Zero stars. This company is stealing images from black women in American and remaking the items they post to their own site. They post these videos so you think you are buying from A minority owned business. They said I would have to ship the item to china to get A full refund. They keep offering PART of A refund $10 to $18 if I keep the pants. I ordered purple sequin pants thinking I was purchasing from a real designer. The designer is real but they stole her videos and are attempting to remake the products. It cost the same amount to ship the item back to China. I am in a back and forth battle with them. On instagram and Facebook they have now blocked me. So I’m making sure everyone knows they are fraud i even reported them to consumer affairs and PayPal. Don’t buy from SNAZZYIN CLOTHING.

Ordered those cute sequin pants in red and pink and they are total trash. I was offered $18 refund or ship back to China. I should've Googled reviews before purchasing.

I placed an order on Monday, January 1, 2024, PAID IN FULL.
Shipping 7-12 Days last I checked that would be around the January 14, 2024. I emailed Snazzyin on yesterday, Never received a tracking number, I received an email at 12:06 am Today stating only a few items are available to be shipped and would I like to have them shipped now the others items are a “hot sale” so the items I assumed are unavailable and shipped at later date.
But my money was TAKEN PROCESSED ON THE SPOT. Always asking to support a business but not supporting the CUSTOMER. I will stand by my REVIEW. I have the order# and email as a receipt to show. I have patiently waited for my PAID ITEMS. Have no problem going on SOCIAL MEDIA.

I order the white jogging suit and it is horrible very this and itchy. Cheap material nothing like they describe it to be. I requested a refund ASAP and they sent me an email saying I had to return it to an address in China before they could do a refund or keep it and they will give me $10. I paid $55 This has been a nightmare for me I was so excited to receive this outfit and it is awful. I will never order from this company ever again and if you don’t like cheap looking clothes you should not either.

The Denim Poncho, ordered in early December….Now mid January…NOTHING!! How is this so called company allowed to post This FAKE advertisement!! Lesson Learned, expensive, but NEVER AGAIN!!😳

Placed an order mid-December and still haven’t received any merchandise. My card has been charged so I followed up with customer service directly over the course of 13 emails. A representative said my package was intercepted by the Postal Service due to mislabeling. They offered to re-ship the package, but unwilling to expedite it, then they told me some of the items were out of stock, and they were waiting to restock items. I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer service for my package or refund. at this point I’ll take it up with my credit card company. Do not order from these thieves!!! Deceptive business practices never wins, but carry on!!

I ordered two jumpsuits from the company. I wanted to return them because I have lost so much weight due to breast cancer. They are asking me to pay to ship them back to China which is very expensive. I had no idea I would have to return the items to China . It is never stated in the return policy. I am so hurt . They offered me an option to give the clothes to a friend and they will return 20,00. Then they offered me 40,00. I have lots of medical bills and I am on a fixed income. I really need my money . I paid them in good faith and
this is the way they do business . I going to do whatever is necessary as far as hiring a lawyer to get my money back I am tired of being scammed

I ordered a RED WHITNEY SET and it's too damn small. I want to send it back and they suggested I keep it or give to a friend. I WANT my refund. How unprofessional and the nerve of them. Also I ordered the Oversized Denim Comic Jacket on November 27 and still have not received it either. I will NEVER!!! EVER!! order from them again and I'm having my bank card changed incase they try some STUFF!!!
