Snoozel Green Avis 

I have waited to write this review until I felt I could have time to experience the mattress, this statement will make more sense further into the review. We have had the mattress now since the 26th June and am pleasantly surprised how relatively quickly I have adjusted to the mattress, very comfortable, something I have been unable to achieve with other mattresses. However I feel I must inform you of my wife’s experience with the delivery company. Two young men brought the mattress to the front door where they removed the box and mishandled it resulting in the mattress collapsing onto one of the rose bushes. My wife exclaimed that this was not very good but the men ignored her and dragged the mattress into the hallway. My wife then had to remind them that we had paid for it to be taken upstairs to the bedroom. They replied that she was lucky they were willing to as other drivers would not have done it. Having first enquired how much the mattress had cost they then remarked that nice customers usually tipped them. The hints to tip them then continued whilst they removed the remaining packaging, making my wife feel somewhat uncomfortable and intimidated by their behaviour. Once they had left the house they continued to wait on the driveway outside their van minutes longer than they needed to. My wife did tip them and they left. Please understand we normally tip the delivery men as we really appreciate what they do however on this occasion the experience was not pleasant. I do feel that your otherwise excellent company is being let down by your choice of delivery company. What a shame.

I had to wait a while for an incoming shipment but everything went well once the mattress was available. The delivery men were very helpful and the mattress was beautifully wrapped.
After the first month I am finding the mattress extremely comfortable and I sleep well. All-in-all, I am pleased that I chose a Snoozel Green mattress.

We are very happy with our king size mattress and topper. Arrived very well packed, we have been using the mattress for 3 weeks now 👍

quick delivery and great mattress! It does smell but after 2 weeks this disappears.

The ordering process was fast and easy, the communication around delivery was clear, the mattress came right on time, and of course most importantly, it is incredibly comfortable and very well made. I’m impressed.

Bed topper really nice, soft with a little support and now means can’t feel springs underneath which was the hope.

Bought two singles for superking bed, the quality of the mattresses are second to none, extremely well made, no synthetic smells, very comfortable.
Awaiting topper to arrive now but feel very confident with next purchase.
The customer service is also excellent, very responsive and the premium delivery well worth it to have the mattress delivered when you need and all the packaging removed ect (these come in very sturdy large boxes).
The only small additional service which would be really helpful to consider for customers is the removal of old mattresses.
Overall though 5 stars service!

Bought a cot bed mattress from snoozel green because I wanted a natural mattress for my little boy. I am very impressed with the mattress so far. He also seems too like it and sleeps really well on it. Good quality mattress

The pillow itself is excellent, my sleep and posture has improved so much since purchasing I would highly recommend.

I've rated three stars as the delivery for one pillow is £30. This is extortionate for a lightweight item and means that single people purchasing one pillow don't get the benefit of free delivery. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to charge this much for delivery. In hindsight I would buy a pillow of similar quality from a different company with reasonable delivery.

We couldn’t be more happy with our Snoozel Green mattresses! We knew we wanted natural, non-toxic mattresses but were worried we’d be sacrificing comfort. These mattresses did not disappoint and are incredibly comfortable. We’ve ordered 3 for our house so far so we obviously highly recommend!!

The bed itself is absolutely great and really comfy (we bought the topper with the mattress which I definitely recommend to increase comfort. I think the ethics of the company is also excellent. The only gripe I have is with the delivery. I paid for them to deliver to specified room and help set up etc yet on arrival they refused to do this and said they weren't allowed to take the mattress out of the box. After alot of arguing they agreed to do it provided we took responsibility if they damaged the bed. All this wasn't made clear when I paid for the special delivery. They didn't even have it recorded on their notes that we had paid for the extra for them to assemble it. They kept trying to direct us back to the company.

It's great to know I can have a comfortable, quality mattress that doesn't exploit people and planet like most.

Due to my small size the mattress felt a bit hard at first. But after reassuring advice it was super comfy after a few more days and I sleep sound and happy now. A great product. Thank you

Love this mattress. So luxurious and comfortable. The mattress is snuggly soft yet firm & supportive. I usually wouldn't usually go for a firmer mattress but its balances being firmer (not firm) and supportive with being super comfortable on the more superficial layer's. I have back / neck problems , this has been much improved since sleeping on this mattress
So happy with this purchase. Delivery was fine the gents carried the mattress up two flights of narrow stairs. Kept to the time slot allocated and communicated well. Overall satisfying experience

I ordered one superking and one double mattress. Snoozels customer service was great. However the company they use to deliver the mattresses was really bad. I had read several reviews prior to placing my order mentioning that they had been disappointed by the delivery men. But I thought how bad can it be. So went ahead and was absolutely shocked at the delivery man's attitude. He was rude, had no manners whatsoever and didn't listen, even though a pillow was missing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. While they dragged the mattresses upstairs they marked the painted wall all the way up the stairs, even damaged the wallpaper in two areas. I've also noticed after they had gone that my leather faux bed surrounding had been damaged slightly. I am so annoyed with having to paint the stair wall and sort the bed out. But I do understand all this was down to the driver. Well onto the positive, the mattresses are of excellent quality. My son loves his new mattress. I'm happy with mine too, still trying to get used to it yet because I'm finding it a bit too hard being a side sleeper with hip pain. I would feel more confident recommending Snoozel to everyone If the delivery service was improved.
