Wonderful mattresses. Friendly and helpful customer service. Smooth delivery with good communication from the courier.

I bought a mattress, topper and pillows. Super happy with them all, very comfortable and my partners lower back pain disappeared within days. Delivery was quick and all dealings with the company were good. We highly recommend.

I've been the actual Goldilocks of mattress searching, working my way through extended sleep trials and yes, the Snoozel Green was the third and final. The first (a hybrid memory foam one) was actually the comfiest thing ever, except oh my word, so sweaty. The second (a 2000 pocket spring) was too soft. The Snoozel is as close to juuust right as I think I'm going to get. Very similar in support and firmness to the first, minus the overheating – and I do love that it's all natural materials. Very happy to have found it! I also really respect that the company seems to have listened to customer feedback. There were a lot of earlier reviews praising the mattress but describing a bad experience with the delivery company. By my delivery, happily, they seem to have changed company – and the delivery guys were brilliant!

It took a month to get the mattress delivered and I had to chase the update as apparently I was missed of the mailing list. However, once I got a delivery date, everything went smoothly and the delivery guys were on time, quick and super polite. Seems like a small company so gets all 5 stars regardless of the slow delivery - the actual product is excellent quality and now that I have it, I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.

(I paid for my mattress ot be recycled and the guys kept referring to it as "disposal" which is a little concerning given the amount recycling cost, perhaps this could be a little clearer or better managed.)

Great quality topper so hoping I shall be purchasing a mattress in the near future...have been reading the reviews! Delivery was by Furdeco so assume are still being contracted to deliver. No real problem with delivery but was just a topper, generally polite but in quite a hurry so not a lot of time to look over the topper before they dashed off, they took packaging away.

Good quality product, and efficient service

Delivery was delayed by a week due to shipping delays but the mattress and pillows are great and very comfortable. I went for this brand as I wanted a mattress made with non-toxic materials that didn't cost thousands and I'm very happy with this one.

When I ordered my mattress is was an easy process and delivered quickly. Then things were not so good! The delivery men were miserable and wanted to just leave the mattress in the hallway. I told them that I'm on my own and no one to help so then one of them inspected my staircase to see if they would take it upstairs. It's a bed so most people are going to want it taken to their bedroom. It was not a pleasant experience with this delivery company and I had read in many other reviews that many had the same lack of service. I really think Snoozel Green need to look at this as the delivery company is not doing them any favours.
The other thing I read in other reviews is that the mattress is heavy but I didn't think it could be any heavier than my previous mattress but it so is! I really struggled to get the plastic wrapping off and to move it against a wall. When the base of my new bed arrived I had to pay the delivery men to put the bed together because there is no way I can move the mattress. As I have a dust allergy and need to vacuum under the bed frequently the heaviness of my bed means I'm going to have to get someone to help me to move the bed out. I use to be able to manage with my old bed.
The mattress is very firm and I'm still getting use to it but still getting back ache some days. I'm hopeful that I will get use to it. I had thought about returning the mattress but I can't face having those miserable men back again!

My daughter introduced me to Snoozel Green and let me try one of her pillows. I found it so comfortable that I decided to get one for myself. Unfortunately they were out of stock so I searched on line and found another similar pillow. It was quite firm and had a strong chemical smell that wasn’t very pleasant and left me with a painful neck in the morning.

After some time I went on line to see if Snoozel Green had them in stock again and was very pleased to see they had and ordered one immediately.

It arrived very quickly, was very well packed and is a very much superior product to the other one I tried. What a joy to have this pillow. It is so comfortable and I don’t wake up with a neck ache as before. Thank you so much Snoozel Green for such a superior product.

The mattress itself is excellent. I went for for Snoozel Green as they seemed like the best "eco-friendly / sustainable" mattress in the price range. When I discovered they had a "rejuvenated" option, I thought this would be a great way to save a bit more.

Then the problems began. Most of these problems were with their delivery partner, Furdeco. I'd read other reviews on Trustpilot, but thought "surely this won't happen to me". But it did.

First the delivery was late. Then they delivered the wrong mattress (I only realised after they left as it was incorrectly labelled). Then the second delivery was also late. And the mattress that was finally delivered was pretty dirty: some pet hairs stuck to it, some stains, and some dirty scuffs. Snoozel Green assured me it had actually been cleaned, but the way it looked didn't reassure me for this. They gave me a hefty discount for all this... but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

So, very good quality and comfortable mattress... terrible overall service.

Nice mattress but still too firm for my husband. Will see if softens over next few weeks. Company response good and trying to find a solution. Delivery company not great they didn’t take it upstairs and got my signature and left before I could say anything.

Very pleased with the item and the quality is superb.
Love the natural materials especially the natural latex which has no chemicals and therefore no awful smell,and the wool really does keep you from overheating .willbe buying from Snoozel again, but please change the delivery firm Ferdeco as they were so rude .

I bought a topper for my daughter who suffers with back pain and the difference it has made to her sleeping is tremendous. This company is so ethical and the correspondence is superb. The company who delivered were very polite and helpful. Don't buy from anyone else. This company is 5star.

I'm writing this review having gone back to the website to recommend it to another friend. This mattress is such great quality and for excellent value. I have loads of allergies and since getting this mattress I am not waking up sneezing! The mattress holds if shape really well, no rolling off the sides or into the middle. Thank you snooze green for a great nights sleep!
