Do NOT recommend
Ordered some fence panels from Snowdon Timber via B&Q. Received an email saying order had been dispatched and would arrive at address on 11th September. No order was delivered, when I contacted the company regarding this, they informed me my package had been lost. This delayed the work at the property as everything was ordered and ready for the date that package was meant to be delivered. I wonder if I never had contacted them if they would have known about this… Do not recommend, very unreliable.

We’re very sorry that your original order was lost in transit. We use a third-party courier for our deliveries, which is clearly stated in our delivery information. Unfortunately, although uncommon, items can occasionally be lost or delayed while in the courier network.
I have reviewed the communication regarding your order, and as soon as you contacted us, our team investigated the issue and arranged for a replacement to be sent the same day.
We also advise customers not to arrange tradespeople until their order has been received and checked, as unforeseen courier delays can sometimes occur.
We completely understand how frustrating a delivery issue can be, particularly when you have work planned, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Once we were made aware of the problem, we acted as quickly as possible to resolve it.

Wood was damaged
Wood was damaged. They refused to replace or refund. And when returning they to a £50 delivery fee. I do not recommend

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Our records show that the delivery was **refused with the reason recorded as "Not Ordered."** No damage was reported to us at the time of delivery.
As part of our standard procedure, all returned items are inspected upon arrival. Following our inspection, no damage was found.
As the order was refused and returned as a non-faulty item, it fell under our published Terms and Conditions for heavy and bulky change-of-mind returns. The consignment weighed approximately **40kg**, and a **£50 deduction** was applied in accordance with our returns policy to cover the return and handling costs.
Our Terms and Conditions are clearly published on our website and are available to all customers before placing an order, enabling them to make an informed purchasing decision.

Excellent Service
Joe was very helpful even taking time out to speak to me when I turned up a little bit earlier than opening times. Informative. Gave advice on what was best value for money per meter age and even took me to the product I needed.

I received my order quickly but the box…
I received my order quickly but the box was damaged so I took photos of it. The timber inside was also damaged. I emailed their customer service team 3 times with the photos asking for a refund but heard nothing back. Very disappointing.
Update: I’ve contacted you 3 times on your customer service email and haven’t even received an acknowledgment. My order number is 000001006.
