i'm always a happy customer with the service and good supplied by Snow Goose.

I brought a Snowgoose basket instead of flowers for a friend that had just lost his wife and had people staying with him. The basket was accepted and they thought it was a lovely gift as it had some juice and fruit that they could share with the people staying and it also helped him as he had fresh fruit and vegetables.

Love your work! I have purchased from Snowgoose at least half a dozen times and every time your service and the quality of your items has been outstanding. It's my go to because its always high standard and everyone loves the items. Thank you so much. I'll continue to purchase from your site.

Just a very big thank you to Snow Goose for their professional support and reaction to a delivery mishap. A hamper was delivered to the wrong suburb and rather than play the blame game they quickly did up another hamper and ensured its arrival on that day. We ordered a small Snowgoose hamper for a friend to celebrate her birthday in Melbourne. aving ordered similar hampers before from Snowgoose we were expecting a lovely hamper for our friend. What they sent was an embarrassment . For a $159 hamper it contained approx 6 pieces of fruit, a bottle of wine and some chocolate. We complained to Mngt, who never came back to us, even though they said they would investigate the complaint

Have always found the Snowgoose experience - both as sender and receiver of hampers a very positive one. Polite and informative order takers, fast delivery and the hampers of excellent quality.

Product was delivered as requested but no card attached so recipients were not aware that I organised it.
A little pricy when you add on postage but apparently all the fruit was beautiful & of high quality

The box was quite bare for the price paid. It also came with chocolates (Ferrero Rocher) which was not apart of the specific hamper I ordered. I ordered the hamper chosen because it didn't come with chocolate but it did anyway.

I purchased the gift hamper for $89 as pictured on the website. The hamper that was delivered would have been half the size. When I phoned an apology was given stating that the wrong picture was on the website. The company has apologised and delivered the correct box at no extra cost but beware.... what is advertised for $89 is NOT what will be delivered. ( they assured me the picture will be changed but that has not happened)

Excellent service from start to finish! Gift was delivered the day I was told it would be, fruit was in excellent condition and was totally loved by the receiver. Will definitely use this service again.

A beautiful gift to brighten the day of a family in a time of sadness

Usually a very nicely presented box of fruit and wine.
Unfortunately 3 days after my order was placed, there was a delay due to COVID, I was told that the particular expensive bottle of wine I had specifically chosen was not available. A substitute was offered and reluctantly accepted -
Delivery was also delayed until the Monday even though I had ordered the box on the previous Wednesday

Loved it!!!

Even though they didn’t deliver to the address I required, I was able to get it delivered to a mutual friend who then delivered it to intended recipient and she LOVED it!!!

Website experience was positive, product was delivered on the agreed time and in a professional manner. The price is on the high side but the quality was indeed a notch above the rest. As the saying goes: you get what you pay for!

This gift is always a perfect go to in place of flowers. It’s practical and thoughtful (great for those foodie friends). The fruit is always so varied and fresh. Travels amazingly well (to central coast NSW).
