Went to the Warrington store to look for a new bed and mattress. Chris welcomed us into the store, pointed us in the right direction, gave us some general advice, then allowed us time to browse the furniture options. Once we needed assistance, Chris approached us and was very knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection for both furniture and price.

Joanne our sales assistant was amazing, we only came in to look and we were determined we wouldn’t buy in the first shop but she talked us through everything and helped us design our perfect couch. 10/10 service.

Brought a 3+2 recliner sofa from Sofa Superstore Bolton. I reported issues with the recliner on the same day of delivery and contacted them multiple times via email and phone. I was informed that the issue would be resolved after the Christmas holidays, but I am still chasing them to get it fixed. I am unsure what steps to take next. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Sofa Superstore.

Chris was a great gent to deal with, not a pushy salesman and we came away with the suite we wanted at a great price.

We’ve had super service at Sofa Superstore at Warrington. Everyone is so friendly and they’ve looked after my mum when a piece of furniture didn’t fit. They helped her to choose an alternative piece, and she left happy. Thanks to Julie, Brandon and Gary! The delivery men were so nice too.

From walking in to leaving, Joanne in the Warrington store was so helpful finding us what we wanted. She went above and beyond. We can't wait to receive our new sofas.
