The whole process was over the phone and lady was so nice and so helpful,couldn't have asked for a better customer service

Just wanted to call out Kate at the Peterborough store where we have just been and ordered our new sofas. She was brilliant, so welcoming not pushy and just all round friendly and helpful. Made us all a drink my children included and didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They enjoyed the biscuits too! Really pleased we chose to go into store and order rather than doing online. We came into the store in Peterborough and fell in love with the Beaumont sofa. The colour was perfect and the one in the store was just what we were looking for. We left to have a think about it and waking up the next morning I couldn’t think of anything else. But with the sofa being out of our budget I decided to call the store and see if they would sell me the display. I spoke with Fam and Sai who were amazing and were able to find me an ex-display in another store which was in perfect condition. They went above and beyond to find me the perfect sofa which gave me the best customer service. I popped back into store and they were amazing, warm and friendly and took lots for photos for me and showed me the photos from the sofa I was purchasing. I would definitely recommend this store and would recommend Fam and Sai.

Dislike. Charge for delivery when I could collect myself.

This whole experience has been horrible. Firstly with the order problems and then on delivery of foot stall was damaged so bad I couldn’t except delivery. I’m now dreading what my actual sofa and chair condition is going to be in, when it actually arrives. At this present time, I would definitely not order from you again or recommend anyone ordering from you.

Jamie from the Peterborough branch approached us when we entered the store just to let us know his here if we need help. No pushy sales pitch just a genuine hello! That made me feel at ease that i could look around without feeling pressured! Once I had found a few I liked Jamie was on hand to help his knowledge of things even down to the material his recommendations really helped. I would have no.problem going back or recommending people Sofology. Thanks Jamie for all your help really was appreciated.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and there were no pressure in choosing nor were we under any impression we must purchase or make a decision. We were given time and support when required, with all the relevant information to allow us to make an informed decision. There were also many options to choose from, to be honest, the only thing missing was a cup of tea or coffee. Excellent service.

James was amazing, he was attentive and professional. At no time did we feel under pressure, which is unusal whilst sofa shopping.

Would not recommend sofology had 2 settees delivered 2 weeks and the delivery drivers damage my front door and internal door reported this 30 to 45 mins after delivery. Asked for a manager from sofology to come out was told managers dont inspect. Now Having to prove that the delivery drivers did the damage. Lucky I have got cctv camera. Customers service poor. Would not recommend or buy from sofology again.

Amazing service the staff your so great

The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful.
We described what we were looking for and Sai took us straight to the sofas that were in that range, she was very knowledgeable about the sofas. We enjoy the visit and bought the sofa and armchairs we wanted. Very happy with the service we received.
