Was destined to buy
I was down there recently and the lady who was helping us was so lovely going through the purchase of a chair, to match the sofa I already have in my lounge . I think it was meant to be as the chair had 50% off a bargain

Helpful and welcoming
Very warm, welcoming show room. Staff were helpful and informative but weren’t pushing a sale at all. James answered all questions we had and more to find the perfect package for our needs

First house, first sofa!
Had a great sofa shopping experience today in the Peterborough DFS.
Me and my girlfriend have just purchased our first home and today we bought our first sofa (currently sat on deck chairs!).
Sai, was an absolute gem, very helpful and attentive. Cheers!

Great experience buying a new sofa!
The sales assistant we dealt with was very helpful and explained the payment options available, the fabric choices and delivery time frame. She made choosing a new sofa very easy. Good range of styles on offer too.

Our fantastic sociologist was Sai.
Our sociologist was Sai. She was fantastic. She connected her phone to the sofas music system and allowed my daughters to play music on it. She gave them popcorn and biscuits and a drink whilst we filled out the forms. When choosing our sofas, Sai made sure we got exactly what we wanted without being pushy. She was very helpful.

Full experience
There is a wide variety of sofas to try and look at. We"d already made our decision on the sofa, but it was good to sit on it and experience it first hand. Saireen was very helpful and informative and gave us a full run down on the features of the sofa. Even going as far as playing music through the speakers, so we could sample the sound and vibration through the seats. Good advise given on the aftercare also. Thank you
