Really poor communication
Really poor communication. I placed my order and then received the order payment confirmation email and that was the last communication I have had apart from other buy more emails. 3 days after ordering I logged into my account to see that it had been dispatched. I had selected one delivery service but found the parcel today 7 days after order in my bin sent via another carrier . Whilst this was not a time critical purchase I have become used to better status communication when buying online. I have read great reviews on the products but I am seriously disappointed with the lack of communication .

My only feedback about my experience is that some staff dont know there product, when I asked on of then what is the difference between fusso wax (£15.00) and a fusso coat (£31.45) this staff dont know the answer but I still order the valentines offer today.
