the key provided didn't work, followed the instruction and still not working. Request refund, no response.

Quick turnaround of Product Keys however we did have a problem with the keys not being accepted.
Emailed Softwareg to let them know that there was a problem and they re-issued new keys which worked perfectly.
We are happy with both the service and products.

Have bought numerous licenses from SoftwareG. They all worked first time except one. Reached out to their support team and they walked me through why the key wasn't working. Plus, they gave me a new key. The Office 2021 Pro is working as it should be. All products purchased from SoftwareG also update via Microsoft Update Service. Couldn't recommend SoftwareG enough.

Did what it said on the box.
Picked up a copy of Windows 10 pro for much cheaper than from ms, key arrived instantly and worked first time. Obviously guessing from some of the reviews ymmv but my experience was smooth and painless.

DON'T BUY IT! INVALID KEY.

The purchase is really base on your luck, if the key works, then congrats. If not, then bad luck.

Emailed Softwareg, they asked for screenshots, then there is nothing. Waste of money.

Works like a charm. Bought office 365 lifetime subscription.

First, couldn't use the PayPal link, then used credit card.
Received the wrong software key code.
Got Office 2019 not 2021

Appears to be a scam. Purchased a Visio 2021 product key. Invoice arrived by email but no product key. The email on the website bounces. The phone numbers on the website done work either. I've raised a case with PayPal. Please don't waste your money.

When I bought this product key license, I understand that it is not easy for me to install this product. I contacted them immediately(after 2hrs) and explained that it would not work for me. They did not accept.
I never used that product and they did not refund the money.
Do not buy anything from this company. If something goes wrong you never get your money back.

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 digital keys yesterday on line from softwareg for AU$129 stand alone and received the keys immediately after paying and am extremely happy as my IT fellow simply downloaded it into my Dynabook/Toshiba i7 laptop. I went from Office 2016 to 2019 stand alone and at this price it was heaps better than paying the annual subscription of $120 when I can have the stand alone. In 2025 I will do the same again, which saves a fortune, whilst still giving me a Microsoft updatable product. Stand alone means I own the program

Went on another website that offered the same key for a few dollars cheaper and got nothing after some hours. Luckily I paid via Paypal so I could cancel it quickly.

Decided to cough up a few dollars more and bought it off Softwareg and I literally got it as soon as the payment went through. What more could you ask for?

Purchased two keys (Windows 11 Pro and Office) - Office worked perfectly first time, the Windows 11 upgrade took a second code and some extra instructions, which seems to be a Microsoft issue based on other reviews. Was contacted by email an hour or two after letting them know, and quick responses after that.
