Purchased a license for Microsoft Project which was not valid. After several emails, they gave me another key numbers which again was not valid. I needed the license desperately for work, so I purchased the product from somewhere else. Now they don't even bother returning my emails for refund. Totally disappointed and I don't recommend Softwareg to anyone at all.

First we had variable problems with Windows 10. We decide to repair the O/S and it did its own thing. using the key product codes supplied with Office we were able to completely restore the functionality of the machine.

Code was valid and worked perfectly. Customer service quickly resent my code after I put a typo in my email address. Great value, easy, good.

Ordered Microsoft Office Professional 2021, there was a slight delay in receiving the e-mail but when it arrived the key worked as expected. Happy customer.

Keys came quick and after sales support was great. Worked 100%

I have used Softwareg in the past for Windows 10 Pro keys and more recently for Microsoft Office 2021. Slight hiccup with the last key but resolved fairly quickly via support email. I am happy with my purchase and now deciding on a MS Visio purchase.

I've tried 6 different keys to open the software they sold me and none work. They keep sending downloads, same issue. I've now asked for a refund and they have stopped replying.

Not happy to say the least!! The fact they are not replying or refunding is really poor service. I needed to urgently use the software for a project so its caused a huge headache and stress.

I can't recommend these guys.

Fradulent company - don't even try. I was duped

I purchased windows 11 pro key and i was very skeptical as it was so cheap. Unfortunately it turned out to be used already and when i called Microsoft they said it was a volume license key which the seller has sold multiple times to different people. I would advise against this scam website and buy from a reputable website. I ended up purchasing for a higher price from softwaremaster.com.au however this time i was assured it was original RETAIL microsoft key.

Bought an office key which never worked. Contacted customer support 3 times. First time response was rude and very unhelpful. Second 2 times they sent me to a site where none of the links worked. I followed all the instructions, tried several times, but couldn't figure it out. I'm a major nerd and very good at IT so consider this a scam if I can't figure out how to do it. Regardless, customer service is very unhelpful, and it's been a lot of time and money wasted.

Was desperate, my computer hard drive had to be replaced. Lost all my programs :( running my nano business from home it was a nightmare. Then I found this site. Amazing, Wonderful, Fantastic. Do what the email tells you to do and life goes back to normal.

Everything is working fine. Product key is genuine you can register and get update as normal. You are buying from a trusted website. Thank you

I sapped laptops and Shawn assisted to move Microsoft Project to my new machine. I was doing the wrong thing but Shawn patience and assisted ensured i got it working.

I bought Windows 11 HOME Activation. License worked immediately, no problems. About to buy MSOffice license.
Definitely recommend.

Product key worked no worries. I chose wrong product key initially but was provided with correct one once my mix up was explained. Very good. Would recommend.
