I had a minor issue with my order totally due to my own mishap. I communicated the predicament from the other end of the world to Software Mart Aust. And couldn't believe the promptness of the reply. Solution was offered virtually within minutes!!! Not days! not weeks! as with my previous experiences with other suppliers, but pretty much immediately, and with a discount, pretty unheard of these days. Great service

Response was quick and efficient. I was sent the software very soon after payment. I had a problem with activation - not sure why - and had to send them a screenshot of my experience. They again responded promptly and sent a new activation code . This worked smoothly

My experience is great. I bought two products each at separate occassion. One was quite a legacy software, MS Office 2016 in 2026 (!) and it worked. The other was Windows 11 Enterprise in 2026, quite contemporary. In both cases everything worked, only not immediately. However, their response (just note right email address for support, but it is always clearly visible in their email notification when you get the licensing info) was super fast (once within a few minutes, the other time within 12 hrs, probably due to time difference) and the second time, after their polite, useful and fast response the registration went ok in both cases. So, my experience is that you get really amazing service for a really good price. And the software licenses were genuine, both times checked by Microsoft servers and passed. What I also like is that you get good instrucrions about the installation, better than at MS itself, so I would turn next time to Software Mart Australia again, even if you could buy at Microsoft directly (here you get perpetual licenses, sometimes even those that are not sold publicly or any more, with perfect instructions and for much better price) . Licenses were for worldwide audience in English - just the product that works best.
