Took my sons laptop into Phil today I thought the hinge was broken as you could not close the lid turns out it was just missing a couple of screws which Phil fixed for me there and then and didn’t charge me anything for it, I also bought a charger for it which I needed at a very good price, I wouldn’t take my laptop to anyone else for repairs as I find Phil to be honest, reliable and trustworthy and if you think your laptop cannot be repaired just take it to Phil because if anyone can get it working this man can, I will be taking my daughters laptop in next week for repair as he has explained to me how he can upgrade it and get it running more quickly than it is now so I will be dropping it off to him next week, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone

Phillip was very helpful & listened to what I needed. He advised me of what the PC needed. We arranged a day, I took it in & it was ready the next day as he said it would. He showed pictures of the work done. Good value fir money, will definitely use again

Phil is fabulous, we purchased a laptop from Phil many moons ago and has looked after us every step of the way. So when it was time to buy a new one obviously we went back to Phil. We had a few issues finding the right one but he was super patient and helpful right through. Would highly recommend software solutions to anyone who needed help with their computers. 5 stars all the way.

Phils great - superb service, always good value and the same great level of customer service if your buying a full system (which I did, was very good!) or just after an obscure power pack for an old Canon printer I had kicking about!

Got My sons xbox done week before Christmas. I got told it would be done within a couple of days as the hard drive was the problem. However come 4 o clock the same day I got a phone call to say it was fixed and ready to be picked up the next day. Very affordable prices. Was surprised how cheap it was actually and very reliable. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would use this place again. By the way I've had no problems with the xbox since and My little boy is chuffed to bits. Thankyou!

been a few times and i can honestly say , for service and integrity you won't find anywhere better. phil will explain everything to you and how much it will cost. he is a very genuine guy and he won't rip you off. i would certainly recommend him to anyone who have laptop problems etc, you will not be disappointed.

Took my laptop into the shop, It was explained to me in full what the issue was and what was required to fix it. Phil fixed the issues (this should have taken days), within a few hours, rang me to let me know and quoted me a much cheaper price than anywhere else. I bought a refurbished laptop last year and just been back in for a service and reinstall of antivirus software. Can’t fault the service at all. For someone who uses a computer all day I know very little about the hardware and maintenance so it is refreshing to have everything explained properly and to be able to trust that I’m not being ripped off. Really honest place, super quick turnaround and extremely knowledgable. Could not recommend enough.
