Sohimi Avis 

Sohimi has contacted me and told me the reason for the longer than normal delay is that my purchase was out of stock in the U.S. and had to be shipped from China. Tracking now shows the package has cleared customs so it will be delivered shortly.

Other than this one little glitch I have been more than happy with Sohimi customer service and the care they provide to their customers. I will not hesitate to reorder from them in the future.

I've bought 3 so far. The first was Black night which was flawless for a year. Stopped recharging Now there are so many to choose from it's very confusing. So read them carefully. The second I bought replace the last. But it only has twisting motion. The third I read carefully and still ordered wrong. It had vibration and trusting, but no twisting motion. Worse part is it arrived broken. I was able to open it and had a broken screw in one of the thrusting section. I was able to steal a piece to work out of the other 2 to fix it. The black knight to me was the best but only last a year. The website should have a filter that you can check mark what you are looking for. Like, thrusting, twisting, vibration and so on. But they don't. And they only take returns if the quality is no good. Not impressed.

Safe, discrete packaging and the product was intact and functioned as advertised.

Made order seven days ago. No shipment has yet been made although I got confirmation of payment. Update: Shipment came but after a long waiting period. Please be aware of time of delivery.

Strong motor and feel good to the touch

I ordered 3 items and never received the 3rd item. The other two items came individually and one of them was damaged upon delivery (not the box, the item inside the perfectly fine box was ripped). Just unhappy with the delivery and the fact that I'm missing a third of my order led to this review.

Update: I did receive the 3rd item almost a week after the other two (about 5 days after I posted this review).

Ordered for the 1st time as the website was easy to use and prices seemed very good. Shipping times were reasonable and what was most impressive was the service received. They were very responsive and helpful, too. What else do you need to know as they checked all the boxes.

LAST WEEK I ORDER SOMETHING VERY NICE FOR PLEASURE. I wait for my order i write the support for having information... They said to me my order arrive on 24 already but I never have my order! They dont want send me another toys or refund it's sad. I wrote many time they dont do nothing i lost with sohimi they dont fixe nothing... They tool me it's delivery but it's not true it's lie they stole my money be careful!!! THATS NOT WRIGHT DONT BUY FROM IM

Absolutely a scam. Support is no help, claimed my order was delivered one day after I ordered and provided no shipping information. Go else where these are scammers

Bought from the UK shop (.co.uk) - their slick website with lots of reviews claims they provide fast shipping via UPS, DHL etc. First red flag was when the PayPal receipt was all in Chinese and the payment had been sent to a dodgy looking Chinese email address. In fact the item was dispatched from China via the courier Yun Express and took 6 weeks to arrive to the UK. Tracking was extremely limited (1 week in between scans) so it appeared the item had been lost every time I went to track it. It was sitting around in the UK for 2 weeks before being handed over to Royal Mail for final delivery, and the customs label declared my £95 worth of goods as a free gift with nominal value £2 - so they're knowingly breaking the law too by falsely declaring information to customs. As for the toys themselves... well they're good, but I won't buy from the Sohimi website again. Lots of third party sellers who provide faster delivery.
