solargarden has got it all together.
On a recent order there was a problem at the payment stage so i asked Solar garden for advice and help this was late afternoon, i had a reply with the hour asking for more inf which i gave.
i had a reply at 10pm at night saying all fixed and problem rectified.
it appears that this mob are the real deal with great communication skills and customer service and the productas arent bad either.

Wow, the best Customer Service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased the Festoon Lights and 4 sets of Firefly lights. I love them. No assembly required. When I had a concern in regard to how long my lights were staying on for ( Melbourne winter dark and gloomy with very little sunlight) Paul responded to my email immediately. He assured me it would be due to the weak sunlight and less daylight hours and that if there were any problems once the longer days arrived with more sunlight, the lights would be replaced at no charge. He then followed up with me a week later. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the products I purchased. My next purchase will be the Spitlights for my front garden.

I have had the solar garden lights for several years & they were able to replace a set free of charge for one of the sets that wasn’t working properly. Great safter sales service.

I have purchased several sets of solar lights for myself and family. They have proven to be a great product, reliable and look great. We have only just replaced the first solar panel after 4 years on continuous use. The lights have been left on the entire time during our frosty winters and scorching summer sun. It was an all-round great experience.
I first bought a solar festoon set in 2022 for $129.
It came quickly and was exactly as described, and I had it on every night for 4 years - looking great.
When it stopped working a few weeks ago, I emailed them as I see there's a lifetime guarantee.
Paul answered my email almost immediately to tell me the lifetime guarantee didn't start till 2023 - but still are replacing it free of charge!!!

Our lights are great. The service was also great.

After informing Paul,of Solar Garden, that some of my lights had the solar panel peeling off. His response was very fast, in one day, and he requested photos which I returned immediately. Again the response was immediate and he informed me that replacements would be sent out straight away. That is what I call great customer service. Big thanks Paul.

The problem could not be resolved so Paul has ordered a new set of lights for me.

We have had two sets of festoon lights for years and love them, I recently purchased an out door sensor light which is bright however It got water in it and stoped working.
I contacted management and they responded the next day and a replacement is on the way. That’s really good customer service.
I believe the seal on the switch was faulty so a random issue in my option but very impressed with their response

We have 2 sets of festoon lights. I could not remember when we had purchased them. When one set stopped working all together & the other partly stopped working, I contacted the company by email. I received a quick response from Paul, who had found our purchase date, being 4 years ago.
They now offer lifetime replacement. This only started in 2024.
I was absolutely thrilled to be told that the company in good faith would send us 1 replacement set, even though ours were purchased before this came into affect.
Please support this company, they go above & beyond.
