Excellent quality products. I have purchased 3 different products from solar garden and very happy with them all. They are responsive and understanding when needing replacement.

I needed a solar light with a remote solar panel, but unfortunately there were none shown in their catalogue. Paul went out of his way to obtain one for me. The service was very prompt and professional. Thanks Paul.

I purchased 8 garden solar lights for Christmas. Despite being in full sun o ly 4 of them work now. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I THOUGHT YOU SOLD QUALITY PRODUCTS.

Having been extremely impressed with the fast delivery of the ordered ground lights and loving the transformation of the back garden, I had occasion to email Solagarden regarding a malfunctioning light. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received a most courteous reply only FOUR hours later with the advice that a replacement was to be shipped forthwith. I would highly recommend this company not only for its products but for the excellent customer service experience.

Prompt delivery, lights work well. Smaller than expected but still bright. Expected some product info with the boxes but nothing in box or bag

Excellent products. Path lights are bright and stay on all night. Firefly lights are very pretty and add a nice touch to the garden. Very good customer service and quick delivery. Recommended.

Wonderful in ground lights for around pool area. Slight issue with some lights failing after 6 months. Immediate replacement with no questions. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend.

I have bought quite a few sets of SolaGarden lights and I am clearly not stopping anytime soon. My 93 year old Mum loves them as well. They line the path outside her house and make it much safer if she happens to get home late at night.

And Paul’s customer service is second to none. If there were a 10 star option I would be giving it faster than the lights pop on at dusk.

I ordered 12 LED outdoor lights from Solagarden, and after a few months, three stopped working. I emailed the company for a replacement, and they responded promptly—within minutes—even though it was the weekend! I’ve since received the replacements, and they’re even brighter and better than the originals. I’m very impressed with their excellent customer service. I also purchased the festoon lights, and my backyard looks amazing with all the lights. Wonderful products and outstanding support!

The product is great and the customer service is supportive, practical and helpful.

Prompt delivery and easy installation. I had a slight glitch because the electrician didn’t press the on/ off button and he’d put the panel up high on the pergola so I couldn’t reach it. I asked for help from Solagarden and it came immediately. The electrician returned and now all is fine. Good service ( not so much from the electrician) and a good product.

My festoon lights arrived surprisingly quickly. Unfortunately one of the globes didn't seem to work so I emailed them. I received a response almost immediately which was a surprise as it was late afternoon. They gave me a simple fix to try before proceeding with a return, and it worked. The lights look bright and sparkling and have transformed our patio area.

I purchased 2 sets of lights and was very happy with the quality but then one set stopped working. I contacted SolaGarden and, with no questions asked or proof required I was sent a replacement set. It was so lovely to deal with real people and for my issue to be resolved so effortlessly. I am sure I will be purchsing again as piece of mind is everything.

Not as bright as I had hoped they would be, sadly. No one even notices them.
