I purchased the garden lights to light up my garden area over three years ago and probably over the last six months. I’ve noticed that 9 out of 12 lights weren’t working. It wasn’t till just recently that I was out the front watering the garden one night and I was disappointed to see that they weren’t working and I wondered if I could do something about it.

I contacted the SOLAR GARDEN and their response was immediate and considerate and they sent out nine replacement lights without any issue whatsoever.

I also have the festoon lights and I have purchased three sets of those over the time and they are amazing the product is beautiful and very durable and the customer service in regards to these garden lights has been impeccable. Great solar-powered lights to brighten up the backyard! We bought the festoon lights, which are the perfect size and brightness, and they feel sturdy. I also love that the panel includes a USB‑C charging option for days with limited sunlight.
At first, the lights didn’t turn on after installation—even with a fully charged panel—so I thought there might be an issue with the connection. I contacted the company and received a prompt and helpful response from their customer support (even on New Year’s Day). They advised me to cover the solar panel or turn it upside down when pressing the ON/OFF button, as the built‑in sensor prevents the lights from turning on during the day. I had no idea! Sure enough, problem solved and the lights worked perfectly.
Thank you for the great customer support, SolaGarden. As a small suggestion, it might be helpful to include a few troubleshooting tips in the box, especially for less tech‑savvy customers like me. Aside from that minor hiccup, I’m happy with the purchase and would gladly buy from this company again.

These lights are strong and brighter than lots of solar lights. They highlight plants in my new native garden and it looks so pretty at night. I have one in my lemon tree pot and it makes the whole pot glow. I love them.

I was pleasantly surprised at how bright the round solar lights are and the brightness seems to last for several hours . Not sure how long exactly ..they are still beautifully bright when we go to bed ! Great friendly service . Would absolutely recommend .

Bought a 12 x Ground LED light package and 1 of the lights was faulty, emailed customer support and within a few days a replacement arrived in the post.  Buy with confidence, the customer service is top class.

Received the solar Festoon lights as a gift. Great product, excellent quality, and features.
They have created such a nice atmosphere in the backyard.

When they say they guarantee their products, they mean it! Some of the lights stopped working after 12 months so I let them know and had a reply within minutes to say the replacements are being sent. Fab service. Will buy again!

I bought some solar ground lights 9 months ago, and they are by far the best solar lights that I have had. Unfortunately two of the lights have stopped working, but one email to Solagarden, and I am being sent two new lights under warranty. I could not wish for better service, very happy.
