This is a scam. Do not buy from any store that says 'they are about to close'. They simply take your money and you get nothing despite apparently being delivered (by Yodel equally unhelpful) but to someone else... or back to Solara London.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. terrible quality clothing, expected a knitwear jumper, received a nylon hoodie with a blurry graphic of the knitwear design printed onto it. Half of my order never arrived.

If there was minus stars I would give without hesitation. Total rip off. Clothing takes 4 weeks plus to arrive, then completely different from what you ordered. Offer you a 10% refund or to donate to charity due to costs to ship back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM SOLARA

SCAM!! China scammers!
Fake website photos. Quality was very poor and totally different from description plus almost 1 month late in delivery. No reasonable refund policy. I ordered 7 items, returned back to them but Solara London's Sophie and Mr. Pan refused to acknowledge when China's customs and courier tried to contact them to release the items. I lost £160 + international postage. Their website should be banned!!

Does anyone know how to get a refund? The jumpers never arrived and they have stopped answering my emails. Appalling service.

SCAM!!! Beware! Given 1 ⭐️ because zero isn’t an option. Goods nothing like the photo or description, no paperwork, no means of return. Report posts as fraudulent to Facebook, Action Fraud & credit card company. Don’t be embarrassed, get angry , help save others!

Terrible service I ordered a coat they said was made in France back in September and still have not received it! Never ever buy from them it’s a scam!!!

I bought five jumpers from Solara London and all five are unwearable and only fit for the dustbin. Dont be lured by the glossy photos, the reality is very different. I hope you’re reading this review before wasting your money - I only wish I’d had the good sense to read a few before making my purchase.

I bought a sweater from a place that I thought was having a closing down sale.
Customer service was poor. The Amreicanised language looked like it had been cut and pasted from somewhere else.
I was offered 10% refund (which I’m still waiting for) and they advised me to donate the item to a local charity shop

Like many others reviewing Solara here I don't even want to put 1 star. I share the experience of others who ordered what appeared to be a very nice open knit cardigan and received a disgusting leisure-style rip-off. Upon requesting a refund I got the same brush-off about sending it back to China or having 10% refund and donating the item to charity. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards office. Guess I'll have to suck it up and put it down to experience and try to remember to read reviews in future before buying.

Long delivery time - jumper looked ok and loved the colours. However after wearing only once the shoulder seam completely split. Was offered a complicated return process to China or 10% refund and a suggestion I donate the jumper to charity! Don't know how they are still trading to be honest and cross I didn't check reviews beforehand.

In case it's useful for anyone else. As I've not heard back from Solara following receipt of an item that bears no resemblance to what I ordered on 6th October, I have now initiated a chargeback claim with my credit card provider. They will do the chasing up for me - if everyone did this maybe Solara will be forced to respond.

Not a lot I can add to everyone else’s equally appalling experience - but with such numbers affected, can’t we get together to bring them down? Compensation is less important than cutting their supply line.

Absolute SCAM
Lots of emails from the polite but clearly Chatgbt Sophie to say that my items were in transit. When they finally arrived, as per the other reviews, they were nothing like the images. Disgusting quality. Total rip off. Lesson learnt - never buy without looking at Trustpilot First.

If you feel that Solara London have lied in their advertising get in touch with citizens advice. They may refer you to another organisation who will help. Through them and my banks chargeback scheme I have had all my money refunded. Keep a track of all your transactions by email with the company as evidence. Don’t let them cheat you. You have more time than Solara suggest to get this sorted. Don’t settle for their 10% refund.

This site is just a dreadful scam.
The products are very nasty Chinese knockoffs and nothing like the photos.
The ‘hassle free’ returns mean having to post back to China. At customer’s expense and no guarantee.
After arguing all I got was a 30% refund - and even the local charity shop looked extremely underwhelmed . Do not buy from here.

My poor mum spent a lot of money on this site as she had no idea. It’s almost comical what they sent - a photo of knitwear printed on the most disgusting cheap fabric and calling it knitwear?! Everything about the website is a lie and they are cons. Won’t give her a refund.

not a real company. do not order as you have no statutory rights with this company, they do not accept returns or refunds. they do not send you goods for 6 wks and you can do nothing. see their website no address no registered company etc

They don’t deserve a star. Don’t order. Pictures show fabulous clothes what you get is rubbish as all the reviews state. I’ve argued for a week that they did not make it obvious that goods if not satisfactory needed to be returned to China. Now I have return address I’m told if they don’t have them back within 14 days of receiving I can’t get a refund. Sadly I bought £97 of rubbish.
