SolarBox were great. I made a mistake when selecting the shipping method (chose pickup), and they still delivered to me. This was an absolute blessing. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Communication was good and helpful
Communication was good and proved helpful.
Getting the purchase to us was well done from SolarBox to the courier, but the courier's delivery from SolarBox to us was disappointing. The courier's email stated ETA of 2 days, it took 7 days.
