SolarBox were great. I made a mistake when selecting the shipping method (chose pickup), and they still delivered to me. This was an absolute blessing. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The only problem i had was that I found it very hard to get in contact with someone from the company phone calls after phone calls and no response leave messages and still no response, was fast delivery .

We had a Victron 12/30 charger bought…
We had a Victron 12/30 charger bought from another internet vendor that had failed. We couldn’t get a working email for the vendor however Solar Box helped us contact Victron direct and we received a full refund from the original vendor. I doubt whether we would have got a refund without the help from Solar Box. We have purchased a replacement from Solar Box and it was delivered promptly.
