Arifur was an amazing sales representative at Solar Emporium after comparing 9 competitors! His knowledge was second to none. I had solar installed at my house and my parents house. The whole process was very easy from start to finish and the support was always there for every aspect of the process! Highly recommended, quality workmanship, honest knowledge and above standard industry guarantees! After researching Solar for 18 months Arifur's professionalism and dedication was absolutely amazing!

Excellent throughout the process. Communicates in advance walking you through the process. Competitive pricing. Well organised and structured approach to deploying not just the solar system but grants and fit application.

The age old story of them being absolutely great when signing up to take your money, but nowhere to be seen when you need support.

We had a system provided and installed by Solar Emporium and after a month of set up, once the system was inspected and switched on, the solar system wasn’t generating any power.
Have contacted support whilst they requested an email to be sent to them, they didn’t even bother to reply and acknowledge that the request was received and only when I initiate contact do they advise that they will pass it on to another department and have not heard back from them since.
Will continue to follow up but given that their position seems to be “we’ll get back to you whenever we get back to you” I can not recommend this company for your solar needs.

So good service

At times a lack of passing on relevant information in relation to contracts and installation requirements. There was one person available who always gave me advice and direction. Major concern of design and giving it to installers.my house is heritage listed 2ith a 45 degree roof. All sorted but not relayed to others. The final result occurred but I spent a lot of time directing them in the correct procedures. Personnel were always courteous and pleasant and I thank them for initiating my journey into solar

Excellent service

What should have been a one or two day job turned into a saga that lasted nearly three months.
Though the installation works, so far, as intended the process of getting to that stage was akin to a comedy of errors.
It did not help that they attempted to charge us for extra solar panels that were never used.
On an individual level, experiences were fine but the organisation obviously has a number of process faults that need to be urgently addressed.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Kept us up to date and fully supported us from start to finish. They guided us through the right products for our property and the reasoning behind those choices.
Excellent technical knowledge and super friendly to work with.That goes for the initial customer team all the way to the installers. Highly recommended 👍

The whole experience from start to install was very smooth, well communicated on time and delivery of panels the day before worked perfectly. They were flexible considering i work fulltime M-F to arrange inspections, install and checks.
Whilst our roof is a unique design we managed to fit 12 panels and achieve a 5.5kw system which is working well. The install was run smoothly, great communciation from the guys on site where we had some issues trying to run conduit to the meter box but they managed to fit everything in.
Have recommended to our neighbours and anyone else who asks. great price, great warranty and great service.

Solar Emporium took months to find a sub contractor that would complete the installation.
When the work actually started, the Sub Contractor was supplied with materials that were not correct.
Due to the above, the installation was drawn out even longer.
Also, customer service and communications with Solar Emporium was a nightmare.

You guys made the whole process easy and simple managed everything.
