Opaque process, not sure if data was sold off

Surprised there was no have-panels-only-want-batteries option

No details on the provenance of the panels that may be supplied. No capacity to seek any data on the type of panels. Can we get byfacial panels? What sort of battery system would be proposed? Are Redflow Power Pods a suitable product?

Put all your detail in, wait 24 hours, only to get what is clearly a computer generated response saying there’s nothing available in our area, which is not only poor service, but also not true.
Don’t waste your time.

You, like so many others, want instant feedback on something which has not yet happened, and even if it did, it takes time to evaluate. Maybe try again in 3 months after your selected contractors have contacted me, provided a quote, I have made a selection and the work is done. Then follow up again in 12 months after I have had time to use the system and see if I required after sales service and how good it was. But all you want ( like everyone else) is ratings - a number to go to your advertisers and contractors to increase your own bottom line

Got a phone call and promised a quote in an hour. Still haven't seen it ? How would you rate that for service ?
