So we had some people knock on our door from Think Renewable. I've been thinking about getting a battery for my solar system in the past. I agreed to have someone come talk to us and give my partner and me some quotes.

The night came and old mate Jason Campbell rocked up we were chatting and all was good, we went through the full process and then at the end when Jason Campbell asked which quote i wanted to go ahead with, i told him i just wanted a quote for the 5 and 10kw system and that id go through them over the next couple days to see what better suits our solar supply i was met with "well i hope this is worth my time".

Mate ya doing ya job trying to sell me a product... don't complain about whether it's worth ya time or not. And not only that, for a 10kw system without blackout protection, which was an extra $500. I was met with a quote of $14,311. now iv gone with VoltX and I'm getting the same thing with blackout protection for only $5,788 and only a $100 deposit upfront for the install.

The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything thoroughly and showed us that even in a complete electrical shutdown, our computers would not be affected as the system would kick in in .3 seconds. Now, our entire house is covered by the new battery and it can run the entire house without needing a generator, even in a severe shutdown. I go into the app several times a day to see how everything is running and it is very informative. I would highly recommend Think Renewable to anyone wanted to install a solar battery or an entire solar system

Jake from Think Renewable helped us add a battery to our Solar Panels. He was very helpful and accomodating from the beginning to the end and was patient and understanding of my circumstances. Whenever I had a question or was unsure of something he responded to my emails in a timely manner. He was my point of contact and I was very happy with his service. The battery is now fully installed and operating. I would highly recommend Jake if you were considering adding a battery to your panels.

No hassles, installation of solar and battery completed by mid afternoon. Went through the app and how to navigate it, easy to use and all working. The installers, Abdul and team, went about their business on what was a hot day without any issues.

Still scumlords. Nothing fixed or resolved. Still overcharged. Still blocking mains water access so construction/renovation work cannot commence.
