Solar frame was the choice for us for new windows, doors, patio doors & an extension. A great team did a really good job, clean & tidy work. We did have a leak on the extension window which the rectified very quickly. Thanks solar frame for a top job all round.

We had an old conservatory turned into an extension, the work carried out was good and the guys who did the job were professional and got on with the work! However the aftercare was shocking. Before the work started, they couldn’t do enough for us and contacted us constantly, however after the work was done I would contact the person who was in charge of our renovation, sometimes I didn’t get a response, when I did get a response it then never got chased up. I’m still yet to have a new inspection done on the work as I was informed that the inspection done did not even relate to our build. Baring in mind, the work was carried out in October 2025. I’ve got to the point now where I’ve given up contacting them. The work done is good, but really disappointed with everything else, so I would not recommend based off that.

Fantastic service.

SolarFrame had already changed and installed our windows and French doors and done a fantastic job. So we had no hesitation in contacting them again when we decided to add a garden room. From planning the design to the construction and finishing touches, this was conducted with first class professionalism and great customer service care. The fitters were so good and respectful of our garden and our neighbours. Highly recommended. Also the after care is second to none.

Solar frame fitted a new tiled roof to an existing conservatory. The service was excellent. I was kept well-informed prior to the work starting. The work was completed promptly and everyone was helpful and answered any of my questions throughout. I was very impressed with the quality of work. The area was left tidy. The after service has also been excellent when I have needed further information. There is now much more of a consistent temperature in this area and the room is usable all year round. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Windows purchased look great and at a very reasonable price. From first enquiry to fitting the process went flawlessly. Fitting took less than a day and everything was carried out professionally by the fitters. Would definitely use this company again.

very happy with the service Solar frame provided. Loved the design it was exacttly what we wanted. They stuck to the dates they had given us and all tradesmen turned up when they said they would. The only problem we had was with the window sills being cut too short and left unfinished. However it was put right by Michael the snagging technician who did an excellent job and bpointed a few things we hadn't even noticed. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending Solar Frame to friends.

Solar Frame have done a really good job replacing our glass conservatory roof for a solid tiled roof. It has now made a big difference to the usability of this space in summer. However there were some delays due to mis communication on the electricians job sheet, we asked for an existing light fitting to go back up. Our project manager at Solar Frame who we communicated with, was very dismissive when we tried to tell her there was a problem, so we had to wait for the electrician to come back out again. Overall we are pleased with the end result.

Great service and communication from start to finish. Everyone we dealt was vey friendly and helpful. We're very pleased with the quality our new conservatory roof and frames.

Replacement conservatory roof - everything arrived, but then it poured it down. The folks re-arranged to avoid damaging the walls and floor - then the 2nd time went smoothly. It did shower, but they had protected everything, and we took care of the loose ends with a bucket. The guys that fitted it cared about it, and the room is now a much better temperature.

Personally I am not overly happy with the installation. The service the company provides is reasonable the contractors they use not so good.

With our 32 year old windows showing their age, we decided to replace them. Saj, the sales consultant who gave us the quote, was very well-informed and answered all our questions. This plus the Which? accreditation, plus the fact that they manufacture all their products decided us to place our order with Solar Frame. We look forward to our new windows.

Yorkshire Garden Studios / SolarFrame built our garden office room at the start of the year. Tom came out to see us in October and talked us through our options and the different designs. We were able to create the perfect space for us, within our budget, and they were able to start the build in January. The build was incredibly fast and all the workmen were knowledgable and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and the end product!

Process was easy from start to finish. There were some complications with the door style we wanted but we found an alternative. Installation was arranged and the install team did a really impressive job. Two doors/frames replaced and no damage to the inside, no fix-up work needed after they'd been. Doors operate flawlessly. Would have been good to be supplied with a touch-up pen as some other companies do, but overall this was faultless from start to finish.

From start to finish we were kept informed as an when tradesmen were coming and to do what by Julia salmon Alan and liam did a fantastic job putting new frames and a new conservatory roof for us as did the plasterer and electrician couldn't be more happier thanks solar frame

Ordering was straightforward and we were given a date for installation. On the day the 2 guys worked hard and all 4 windows and door fitted in one day. They returned the next day to finish the rendering. The windows and door certainly feel solid.
