I’m not sure how they get any positive reviews! Spoke to Andrew who apparently was a cash buyer! Then waited weeks and had to deal with the extremely rude Ashley only to be called two days before the completion date by someone who stayed the underwriters couldn’t complete at the agreed price, it was meant to be a cash sale! Complete and utter waste of time!!! Please please please read the negative reviews!

Do not use this firm. They offered a price for my property which I accepted although well below market value. In the same week we were due to complete they then rang to say they had reassessed the value and covered 25.000 pounds less. Needless to say we said no. Very unscrupulous
