The staff were friendly and helpful
The staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered a mattress online after thinking about the advice we were given and this was very easy to do. Someone phoned to give us lots of choice of when we wanted the delivery. The delivery team phoned and gave us a time scale. Very pleased with the service we received.

Fantastic choice and great service
Fantastic choice of options when choosing our new mattress. Great service from Sam, very knowledgeable and honest, gave us all the time we needed to try different mattresses and didn't rush us. Not pushy sales at all and felt valued as a customer. This is the second time we have shopped at solent beds and will definitely be back for next furniture purchase.

Fab store
Staff knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy. Fab store in Lake full of quality furniture. Their service (with Andrew) was excellent two years ago when we furnished our flat. Now furnishing our new home and glad to say that standard has not changed. Thanks to Sam for his help with our latest purchases.

We made our 2nd visit today having…
We made our 2nd visit today having already compared a sofabed we had seen 3 days ago. We were greeted by Maurizio who we saw previously & he not only remembered us but also the furniture we interested in. He was extremely helpful but not the slightish bit pushy which we liked, we don't like to feel pressured & we are looking forward to receiving our sofa. Sadly since this was posted we feel very let down with the lack of customer service. I wrote a long review yesterday but failed to post it. I will never use this company again but having said that the sofa is lovely.
